I have been going to La'Mar for massage for over 6 years. She is very knowledgeable, caring and invested in her work and her clients. She is very professional and also a very kind and giving person. I have had aches and pains that have disappeared after a session with her. She knows so much about the body and integrates an array of disciplines. I always feel relaxed and pampered after a massage and being stretched. I highly recommend her!

I’ve received massages from Lamar for about a year and now I refuse to go anywhere else. I’ve never had such a well rounded experience where the massage therapist is so attuned and competent. Lamar utilizes different tools based on what the client needs. I also feel truly cared about- Lamar goes above and beyond to provide additional recommendations/strategies for clients to work on between sessions (this helps with my chronic pain). 5 stars are not enough!
