My mother was suffering from hallucinations and delusions and Dr Dong and her team were wonderful. The front desk was very responsive and Shakira was so helpful scheduling appointments. Dr Dong spent so much time with us at the first appointment and really got her a clear diagnosis. Lewy Body dementia is a sad disease. Thankfully the new medication regimen has been very helpful. Dr Dong always responded via the patient portal and answered any and all questions very promptly. I will always be grateful for the professional, kind, and compassionate care.
Dr. Dong is knowledgeable and care first in mind. I am glad to have her for treating my mom’s complex situation.
Dr.Dong left my mother unmedicated when she truly needed help. She disregarded important information from family members, assumed things about our family dynamic and was outwardly dismissive to my sister who works in the medical field and understands how doctor/patient care should actually go. We received better care for our mother from our family physician. We have experience with many specialists and doctors due to our family’s medical misfortune and Dr. Dong is by far the most unprofessional, unresponsive and careless doctor we have dealt with in over a decade.
Presumptuous, uninterested in facts or truly understanding the patient, and just terrible. If you are looking for real help with complex issues, suggest looking for a different practitioner.
