Dr. Balu is hands down the most caring (genuinely) nothing about this Dr. She's more like a good friend plus a very skilled Dr. I miss her.. π₯Ί Id love to see her again βΊοΈ even if just to say Hi π
I miss Dr Balu so much. She was my doctor at union memorial and the best one at that. I hated that she left Iβve been miserable ever since. I hate this Dr that I got now Dr Jacobs I upgraded my health insurance so that I can come back as a patient of Dr Balu.
Great doctor but her staff is no good at all that mess up appointments and all I love Dr Balu just wish she would hire better help then what she has now and the phone number for her business is not the same as the number listed it used to be but they never updated her new address or phone number
I absolutely love Dr Balu, she has by far been one of the absolute best doctors I've ever seen she has a heart of gold and a soul filled with compassion. She "took me in" purely on trust and blind faith and I've been going to her now for about 5 or 6 years. She is a treasure π
My experience was very professional, I recommend her highly.
Dr. Balu is very pleasant and takes the time to listen and observe her patients. Dr. Balu doesn't just listen to you she actually hears you and takes a professional evaluation of your issues. She actually cares about you and your home life ππ― I'm very pleased to have her as my care provider.
Starting out she was one of the best I had seen since I have been seeing a psychiatrist. But as time past I notice I wasn't getting the same time and dedication as some of her long term patients (one's she already knew for years and had history with). I expressed this to her and simply wanted her to treat me the same way. She is extremely overworked, focuses on what she wants and needs to retire. Once I calmly expressed to her that I felt as if she was not treating me the same and her long term patients she had a connection to....... She dropped me as a patient. Then only gave me medication to last 2months knowing how difficult it is to find a new therapist and psychiatrist and be seen before that time is up. Prior to her dropping me I had spend almost a month trying to get my medications from her. Not just my self but my mental healthcare coordinator and my therapist. I literally had to leave home and go to her office to get my prescriptions after over 3weeks of her telling everyone she had sent them to the pharmacy.
Great Dr recommend to any one
