Currently a dental patient here and very disappointed. The office is booked 7–8 months out for anything, and when I called about a tooth issue, I was told to keep calling daily for cancellations. No urgency, no referrals, no real solutions. During my last call, the front desk repeated the same thing and then abruptly hung up. Also, if you ever have to cancel an appointment, you’re basically out of luck trying to get back in anytime soon. I understand dentists are constantly booked, but this level of service is frustrating. I’ll likely be switching providers if I can’t get in within the next few weeks.

I wish I could leave a different review for my provider care and the folks I interacted with as opposed to the system that are being used. Pharmacy Workflow Review Essentially, I was told that the portal refill requests do not always work and that there are no auto refills for meds that have been regularly filled at your pharmacy and still have refills. I have also been told to repeatedly come after 2 p.m. to pick up meds. This is a huge time crunch for folks with day jobs and the early closure on Friday left me without meds. In the past 3 days, My boyfriend and I have come to the pharmacy 4 times. I’m now being forced to go to a minute clinic to get a 1 time refill. I’d also like to point out there are no after hours supports in place for prescription medications, but there is an NP available who I was not allowed to speak with. If I wasn’t in this field, I may be having a medical emergency rn. Please provide us with better resources. You are a FQHC, so this isn’t a great system to have. Update: CVS cannot fill the medication so I am going to urgent care or the ER. If I cannot be seen in a timely manner, I will be unable to take all 3 of my meds until Tuesday and may miss a week of work. I called the after hours line again to ask for help and received no advice and was hung up on. I’m removing all of my medications from your pharmacy after this. If you are going to be closed you need to have after hours support for your pharmacy or a relationship with an urgent care in the City. This is quite literally making me sick

The mental health department does not truly care for individuals with serious mental health issues. They ghosted my schizophrenic brother simply because he said that he just wanted therapy and not psychiatric treatment that included medication. My brother has a right to refuse medication. We were not rude, mean, or nasty to staff. I kept calling for 2 months trying to get my brother an appointment after his initial consultation. They refused to see him ever since. NOT COOL AT ALL!

One of the most unnecessarily difficult experiences I’ve had with a PCP and patient portal system. Maybe a fine experience if you’re here for STI testing/treatment but any other procedure is nothing less than a hassle. two $130 appointments later I’m still unable to get basic, necessary prescriptions filled by my doctor on time. I’m switching practices.

Dana Rader was my provider when I visited Chase Brexton, Mt.Vernon Center. She was very keen to listen to me. She offered advice and made me feel like all my concerns were addressed during the visit. Services offered were just the way I expected and beyond. Would definitely recommend her.

Best sexual health clinic Baltimore has to offer! All of the medical professionals I have seen and faculty I've interacted with have been informative, helpful, and friendly. One of the professionals I saw was Rebecca Coppola, and she was extremely helpful and thorough. She was extremely thorough, working with me to determine the best method for addressing my medical inquiries and needs. She ensured both of us fully understood my situation, risk factors, and options so we could come up with a treatment plan which best suites me. I highly reccomend Coppola as a CRNP, and I look forward to continue my care with her. Only downside of the facility is that opening the doors are not disability accessible.

I love my PCP, had her for years. Sometimes she is late— the reason, I think, is because she truly cares about her patients. every employee and provider I’ve met there works so hard and cares so much. Yes sometimes there is a wait and my provider runs behind but she spends the time the PATIENT needs, NOT what the insurance company or medical admin SAYS the patient needs. Give your medical providers grace. They’re doing the best they can in a really punishing system. I am so grateful for my fantastic provider and I plan on seeing her as long as I am a patient at CB.

Since I met Dr. Neitzke several years ago, she has never changed her ways. She’s still the quiet yet very knowledgeable Doctor who has taken GREAT CARE of my family. She was sorely missed when she was out for maternity leave…but now she’s back in business again!! We love Dr. Neitzke and are very glad she’s a part of your team!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my visit. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The provider was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient—she even let a 38-year-old man call his mother during the consultation, which says a lot about her compassion and understanding. The receptionist who checked me in was equally amazing and deserves a big shout-out for her warmth and efficiency. The gentleman who administered the HIV test was great as well, and the lab and pharmacy teams were all fantastic. If I could buy everyone involved a round of drinks, I absolutely would!

Dr. Neitzke is best at what she does! I never feel rushed or negated when it comes to my health concerns. She listens to me thoroughly and quickly sets an action plan. Prescriptions and requested lab work were always sent over smoothly, with little wait time. I’m relieved to have such a great doctor on my side! I thank you so much, you’ve been a blessing!
