I cannot recommend Ancestral Roots and Rebecca highly enough. I worked with Rebecca using Brainspotting, focused on preverbal and ancestral wounds—areas I had been actively working on through many forms of healing and family-of-origin work for decades. While I had made progress over the years, there always seemed to be a lingering thread that remained unresolved. My experience with Rebecca was truly life-changing. Rebecca created a space that felt deeply safe, intuitive, and profoundly attuned. Her presence and skill allowed me to access places within myself that felt beyond words—wounds that existed before language and patterns that felt woven through generations. What speaks most loudly is what has happened since. Months later, I can honestly say something feels complete. The wound no longer feels active or charged, and the struggle I carried for so long is gone in a way I did not know was possible. After many years of personal work, I do not say this lightly. I am deeply grateful for Rebecca and for the work at Ancestral Roots. If you are carrying old wounds—especially those that feel difficult to reach or name—I cannot imagine a more gifted guide.
