American Psychiatric Group — Psychiatrist in Baltimore, MD

I’m very disappointed with this agency. I called on the 10th, got documents filled out, and still have no outcome. My previous doctor at Kaiser was excellent, he never gave me any runaround about filling out any paperwork that’s important for my needs so this has been a frustrating experience dealing with the staff at this agency especially the nurse. The staff here are often unprofessional and disrespectful they even told me I missed appointments that I clearly scheduled. I’m a professional myself, so I value good communication, and I always do my part. One example: Ms. Colette called me a day before my appointment, then claimed I didn’t keep it her mistake, not mine. she was very rude and disrespectful on the phone statingI was loud when I wasn’t she was loud I tried to get my point across and she wouldn’t allow me to speak. she told me if she fill out a form and she gonna fill out when she feel like it. I stated to her if she feel uncomfortable about filling the fall please give the form to somebody that is aware about an ADA form send it to somebody as a professional. Everything here is virtual, which I originally liked for the convenience, but Nurse Practitioner Betty was very lax, barely communicated, and didn’t seem engaged with my care at all. The only consistent, positive experience I had was with my counselor, he was excellent and very helpful. I also want to thank Mr. Matt for being great. This agency needs to do a better job screening their nurse practitioners and training their staff. Patients deserve professionalism, respect, and follow-through on care not excuses and missed communication.

American Psychiatric Group is a very quiet professional clinic with a very short wait time. Dr Said has been my psychiatrist for many years both he and Dr. Mirza Baig are excellent in what they do. They have help guide me through my mental issues. I highly recommend them both as they work together as a team.

Dr Ifraim Saeed is one of the best doctor's I've ever had. A true humanitarian, you can tell his compassion is genuine, as well as having great bedside manner, he's extremely informative and anexcellent psychiatrist. Highly recommended 👍

It's been over 4 days and still waiting on results that should have only taken 3 days to get. Not to mention their website is deceiving, it allowed us to make appointments on the weekend but when we got there they were closed...
