I was explaining to Dr. Bressoud how i felt i was being treated unfairly. When i asked him to stop interrupting me so I could explain, he stood up, said “we’re done” and slammed the door in my face and then ordered my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. On a separate occasion, he ordered bloodwork, told me it looked like i had a pancreatic tumor because the numbers were so high, and referred me for imaging and to an endocrinologist. The endo took one look at the blood work and laughed at Dr. Bressouds assumptions, saying that it was the most normal, within healthy limits bloodwork among all of her patients. She said he ordered the wrong testing and then misinterpreted the results, causing me to spend too much money on more testing and imaging than was ever necessary. His staff is also incredibly rude. I wish i could say i’ve had a good experience here.

Everyone here is great except for Meredith Woodall, D.O. My blood pressure was high and she screamed at me during a medical episode and then proceeded to accuse me of contributing to her “malpracticing” because I told her I couldn’t afford to go to the ER. I can’t go in the doctor now without hyperventilating because I’m so scared that if my blood pressure is high someone will scream at me the way she did. I’m grateful for the nurses here who were able to comfort me, but my experience with Meredith Woodall has left me scared to go to the doctor’s office in a way I was not scared to before.

I recently had an appointment with one of the nurse practitioners, Stacey Nalley, and had a great experience with my provider. She took her time listening to my concerns, explaining everything, and making sure I understood my treatment plan going forward. As someone who has often felt rushed and not listened to or taken seriously when seeing medical professionals, I can't say enough good things about Stacey! 10/10 would recommend.

Never helps with any ailment besides throwing antibiotics at patients randomly. Attempted to shove antidepressants down my throat, "just try them for one week here is a sample, come back and see me in one week for a prescription". Now, 4.5 years since the last time i walked into the building, i have received notice from a out of state debt collector that i owe them money. These doctors aren't there for patient care, theyre there for a paycheck and couldnt care less about students health and wellbeing.

Very nice clinic tucked in the University of Louisville Outpatient Care building. The staff is always incredibly friendly, very professional, and really works hard to help you out with whatever you are coming in for.

Brought my old prescription in to get a refill from an in network doc. I'm no longer a student so I had to pay even though I have insurance, and the doctor somehow messed up my prescription. It has taken a week, and I still don't have the medicine I need.
