Yeah, I wrote a nice review and I take that back entirely. This place is terrible, and they enable their staff to be abusive to their patients. I’ve been in this since I was seven years old I was on the phone the other day and wanted to ask my doctor if he could get my neurology appointment faster because I’m having seizures this woman named, Lisa said she can send a message off to me and I said they’re making me unable to function and then this woman on the phone named Lisa said oh that’s everybody’s excuse. Does everybody have seizures? So me and her have this big argument, and she yells at me and she said she’s gonna talk to her supervisor and then her supervisor never calls me. I never get a call back. This woman should not be working with mental health patient the way she’s acting and the fact that I got no response back and no help especially after I was abused like that is ridiculous. This woman was saying that I’m making excuses in life. She needs to be fired. It is disgusting that nobody reached out to me after they claimed they would.

We went to Seven Counties to start the process of reuniting my daughter with her dad and I must say this has not been a pleasant experience for me. The lack of communication from the therapist was my biggest issue. I shouldn't have to decipher what the therapist was trying communicate with not only me but to my mom as well. I feel like this process could improve because I shouldn't be told one thing but the other person be told something else.

My son has been going there for almost 2 years now. He does not have to see a therapist twice a month anymore cause he is doing so much better in school, and at home with his siblings. He's only 12 so yeah he still does kiddy stuff but he has been on honor roll and has not been suspended this year. Taking my kid to therapy let's him know I care about him and his mental health .I'm happy I chose to get him some help for his behavior.

Staff is rude. Doctors are rude. And this is supposed to be a mental health care facility. DO BETTER.
