She may want to consider another profession her misdiagnosis was so egregious. She made me feel like a horrible person. I suffered another two years before I was tested again by another group and was diagnosed correctly and I am improving.
Dr. Kaitlyn Gall is the worst doctor I have encountered in my four years living in Kentucky. She was very aggressive, lacked empathy, was unfamiliar with the military, and did not consider the facts. She did not explain or have the necessary information to make a correct and appropriate diagnosis. Dr. Kaitlyn did not have any of my medical records or documentation, which had over ten years of TBI history, and still provided a poorly written evaluation, which she only corrected after seeing the documentation (I believe she felt terrible). She reviewed over 500 pages of TBI documentation in 15 minutes, which is an insult and a waste of time, and once again did not consider the facts. I do not recommend any military service members come to this facility (Graven and Associates), and if this is the last result, do not see Dr. Kaitlyn Gall.
