I love this place!! I have been coming here since 2017 and had been in recovery for 13 previous years. This business is professional, compassionate and kind. It truly has a laid back peaceful atmosphere. You must follow all the rules here and do your part but once they see you are serious about recovery they pour so much into the patient to help them get on stable ground medically and physically. These people are fantastic and if you are serious about recovery get with them. The employees Crystal & Priscilla are such amazing people and so great at their job!!! Mohammad (owner) is in the office often working and talking with the clients / patients. They make you feel seen and heard!! Every visit at the cleanse clinic helps heal some of the trauma I went through the 13 years at SITC. They were so mean and cruel at the previous medical business and tried to play power and control games with patients that had a large number of take homes who were grandfathered in. The Cleanse Clinic will treat you with compassion and respect at every visit. Get with them!!!!

I've been coming here for 3 and half years now and I absolutely love Dr.Ismail. if it wasn't for him I would have been lost. The people who come here are great. The office staff is amazing and truly cares about every single client they have. I would go anywhere else because this place feels like home.
This place is amazing especially the therapist Salaya ,she is compassionate, intelligent and friendly. Always looking out for your best interest. I give them 5 stars!!
Go somewhere else. When I first started going here, things seemed to be in pretty good order, except for the long waits in the waiting room and the lack of appointments or appointment flexibility to see a counselor. I give them credit for helping me through a real crisis, but the clinic is not what it used to be. The hours are not flexible or suitable for those who work. Trying to get someone on the phone, return your call, or take care of a situation is nearly impossible. Don’t ask for your records to be transferred to another clinic, it won’t happen. I transferred because they did not have appointments that accommodated my work schedule and my new clinic did not ever receive my records after the signed record request form was faxed and received. When I first called to request my records I was told I had to settle my account balance first, which is not legal. I had a reaction to a brand is suboxone my pharmacy switched to and getting a new prescription was a nightmare. The business manager promised me appointments at 7 am to accommodate my schedule, and when I showed up for my 7 am appointment, no one was there for 45 minutes and the dcotor didn’t get there until 8:30. They have too many patients and not enough counselors or doctors. With all of that being said, I would have given them one star, but I want to me think that Crystal, one of the office managers, really runs this place. She is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of the patients. If it weren’t for her I would have switched a long time ago. I know that understaffing is an issue everywhere, but if you can’t take care of the patients you have, you don’t need to take on new patients. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but where you go for recovery is important. It should not be a stressful experience. I’m sorry to say that as of late, dealing with Cleanse has become too stressful for me.
I love Dr Ishmel. The only down part about this place is the long waiting on your appointment days. That's about it. Its saved my life
At the time, this was the only place I could find that took Medicaid. To my knowledge they take passport, Humana, and possibly wellcare now. Starting out was hard, but I dealt with Crystal and she walked me through everything I needed to know and do. She even helped me with how to switch my insurance so I could go here. That was July 2017. I'm working on my tapering now. I'm at 2 mg, and I'm hoping to be off completely in the next couple of months. It is a long term program. Expect to be in it for at least 2 years. This gives your brain time to heal and ways to cope with life instead of using. I was a mess when I came to the cleanse clinic. I was out of options and hope. But Dr. Ismail is so friendly and you can tell he cares about his patients. He was so excited when I told him that I thought it was time to taper and he agreed. It seems a scary thing to do. But it's been so helpful in getting my life back together. I wouldn't have changed anything. The only people who complain about this place are the ones who are not following their program, or selling their meds, or coming up dirty a lot, or are not giving it a fair shot. If you let it, if you're truly sick and tired of being sick and tired, it will change your life for the better. I'm proof that this place works and that it's possible to come off of this medicine when the time is right. Please give it a try. I promise you won't regret it.
Awesome staff, therapists and doctors. As long as you want to start the sobriety process and are open to suggestions this place is an awesome place to start. They treat you with respect and understand the need to change therapy appointments because of sick children. I have never had an issue with this MAY program!!
