Therapy with Beth Huss is pure magic. In my ~20 years of being in and out of therapy, I have never felt so safe with a clinician. 10/10 recommend.

For starters and transparency I have NOT been seen here. I called and asked if they took insurance. The lady unfortunately informed me that they did not take my insurance, but she completely went out of her way to help me. She emailed me a list of people who do take my insurance and I was luckily able to get an appointment with that place next week. There’s not many people these days who go out of their way to help like they did. If their practice is anything like the lady that answered the phone (which I’m guessing it is) than I would highly suggest trying them out. Thank you!!!!

Nicole is one of the most authentic, well-rounded, and trusted therapists I know. She's an inspiration to women and entrepreneurs and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!

I had heard about Bridge for quite some time before I pursued therapy there. While I had to wait quite some time before being paired with a therapist (I’d say about 3 months), it was WELL WORTH the wait. I have never felt so genuinely heard, supported, guided, protected, or respected by a therapist before. My experience thus far is exceptionally encouraging and I am very pleased that I chose to hang on until a Bridge therapist had an opening for me. While I truly believe that every single individual out there could benefit from therapy…and if you have an immediate need, I hope that you get those needs addressed as soon as possible…for me, at least, I have found my mental health therapy home.

Megan has helped me in more ways than I can describe. She is compassionate, validating, insightful, and real. I thought I would never review a therapist publicly but she’s that fantastic of a person and therapist. Megan has given me some wise advice I will follow for the rest of my life.

if you’re looking for a place who will take your mental healthy seriously or struggle with mental illness save your time & go somewhere else was on a “waitlist” for 3 months... then called and asked what was up and told i wasn’t even on a waitlist. then when i finally did see a therapist she looked at me like i was straight up crazy... let myself be vulnerable to another human being and she was completely unprepared and unable to hold space. left therapy needing a therapy session for the entire experience. never even contacted me again. save your time & go somewhere else where you will be taken seriously.

While I do not have a specific therapist here, I absolutely LOVE their ancillary support programming. Their holistic approach to wellness is 5 star and from group meditation, various healing modalities, breath work, eco therapy and even workshops on how food affects my moods - it’s a wealth of knowledge and support. Thankful we have this kind of access right here in Louisville.

About a month ago I scheduled an appointment. It went well told her my schedule and only certain days worked with me. Everything was set up then I started getting text about rescheduling appointments. I ended up rescheduling then later I was asked to reschedule again. This happened 3 times. I told the girl that just cancel my appointments I will go somewhere else. She said Okay. Then ended up charging me 60 dollars after I canceled. No one is responding back to me. This is a female ran place and they don't want to help males. I still have the text where I canceled my appointment.

This is the most amazing place with the best integrated mind body soul approach , no other place can hold a candle!! I feel I was truly given the greatest blessing when I was referred by my psychiatrist to come here, it has forever changed my life and I love sharing opinions and resources with others so that they can be informed too! Every clinician/therapist working with the bridge, all deserve the upmost respect:) I love yoga with Shawnna on Wednesday nights, she is my role model of what a true yogi resembles to me:) I love my therapist and she can never be replaced! I admire how the therapists are truely there for you, are understanding of crisis times without judgement, even if it means they choose to share their own personal struggles or pasts! open up about their own lives! I always look forward to going to the bridge and exploring the different services they offer on many levels! I cant wait to start working on my fitness and strengthening soon since I had to heal from a pretty painful wreck, it will really motivate me to be kind with myself:) Art therapy is amazing as well and I honestly feel each therapist that differs somewhat in their approach, collectively they all care about their patients on a holistic " each person is unique" basis, and it's heartfelt❤️ If you have had multiple therapists, negative expirences or are to a point where you want to give it all up, I highly suggest trying the Bridge out! It'll probably be the best decision you could make in one of your worst times!
