I was a patient from 2011 until 2021. At the beginning when DR Booker was my Prescriber there was never any discrepancies with my medication or any testing.Dr Trowel took over as my Prescriber and here comes the problems. I’m not going to go in great detail make a long story short I was discharged in a very scandalous manner lied on !!!Also without a medication to prevent me from seizing from the medication I’ve been on all those years I’ve was never educated on what could go wrong with my body and brain.I started having severe seizures and was advised by a emergency doctor Who treated me He shamed Trowel as a fellow physician exact words to me “she knew better than to discharge you without either winging you off your medicine or at the very least she should’ve given you a anti seizure medication “ It has been 4 yrs and I am still hurt that another human being with the knowledge and took the hypocrite oath !!!!!could do this to a person who is still today having complications from those seizures I pray that the evil act was done to me will never be forgotten or done to anyone else…

honestly I'm just venting because im sure some people have a good reason to wait here for 3 hours for a visit but this place is so unorganized ! i did my urine sample, sat down and waited for an hour after my appointment was scheduled. i then asked the front desk how long it would be and they said there were 8 patients ahead of me.... i think they should say they are not accepting new patients and give their existing patients a better experience because that was literally just a waste of time they also rescheduled my appointment without asking me, which was very confusing. the staff also don't explain how it works there before you end up in the pit - that you should expect to wait longer than 2 hours after your appointment time. i don't think they know how appointments usually work ? please just stop accepting new patients. i knew when I called and got an appointment less than two weeks out and im on medicaid that it was two good to be true. the only good thing about this place is the fish tanks

I am always happy with my care from Dr. I am mostly happy with the appt process in general. I just wish they could offer Sat hours again so I don’t have to use up my vacation time from work. Like 24 vac hrs a year, so that’s the only complaint. Overall Really good care

Life changing! This place saved my life and continues to do so. Very professional staff and very understanding doctors. They will listen and really try their best to help without judgment. They drug test and I think it is Wonderful staff excellent manners I love this place I go to it for the last year or so I've never been treated rudely or unman early always kind and with the smile the doctors are thorough the therapist is really polite and that's exactly what she's talking about saying what the doctors I'll give this recommendation to anybody who struggles with the with the mental health issues or behavioral health issues

Life changing! This place saved my life and continues to do so. Very professional staff and very understanding doctors. They will listen and really try their best to help without judgment. They drug test and I think it’s wonderful because drugs can cause mental health problems and they care about that. They are there to help those who are willing to help themselves. If you comply with the rules and can stand to wait, then this is the place to go.

This place is unprofessional and disorganized. They're staff doesn't know what they are doing. They don't tell you this, but when you make the appointment it is with a social worker, not the doctor. They shuffle their patients around the office and treat them as if they are insignificant. They also treat patients like they are common criminals, drug testing at every appointment. Likewise, the office is a run down old building and is not very clean. Do not go here.

My son and I were patients of Dr. Bookers for almost 3 yrs. Absolutely LOVED the staff, especially Lynette! The past 1 1/2 yrs, it's gotten rediculously insane getting there havin to sit and wait for hrs on end to see her to just walk in her office and grab perscriptions. It got so bad that my son and I stopped going there. She shouldn't be a licensed professional... She simply dont care about whats going on with her patients well being!!

I'll say that Dr Booker has been a great doctor who has helped me and my family with our issues. She has been seeing my family since my youngest daughter was five years old and now she's is about to be eighteen years old. Dr Booker is like family to us.In the beginning I really didn't even like her lol but guess what we love her so much. She's taught me how to deal with my daughter's ADHD and backed me up in the hardest times of my life. So that being said I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great doctor. Only thing I have problems with is waiting to be seen but she has handled that situation.

I was very pleased with how Dr. Bookers office and staff. She listened to me and explained things to me like no one else had in over 20yrs. I haven't been one to trust being on medication, but I think I found a great combination of people that really care. Thanks so much!!!

my daughter has been seeing dr. booker for years & we LOVE her. she isn't necessarily an outgoing or talkative person; she is upfront & to the point & has always been very calming & kind to my family. EVERYONE in the office is down to earth & makes us feel at home. they have always been wonderful to us. we like that it's a small practice, so they know who we are when we come in. I very highly doubt I will ever take my daughter anywhere else.♡
