Dr. Ben is so easy to work with. He truly cares about his patients as individuals. He listens to us and explains things very well.

My time with the doctor went well, my question to the staff at the window when you enter the office became a shouting match on their part as they refused to listen to me. Destiny, the supervisor, stepped in to bring a semblance of control. My question was never answered, after yelling was allowed in the waiting room of a psychiatrist. The person I had to deal with is not in the correct job - they lack people skills in the Mental Health field.

We love Dr. Schoenbachler. He listens, studies, gives all his attention to you and your issues while he is with you. He is creative with solutions to issues and extremely empathetic and professional. We went through a lot of Psychiatrists before we found Dr. Schoenbachler. He is the best of the best.

Dr. Ben has been the most helpful, thorough and supportive doctor in my husband's medical care. He checks all his medicines to make sure they all work together and sees him as a complete person not just one medical condition. He never rushes the appointment but focuses on the current health status. We are so blessed to have him as the geriatric neurologist on my husband's health team.

It’s interesting that my counselor is both extremely professional yet seems to truly care about me. He mainly listens but when he does give me suggestions or advice it’s the kind that shows a deep understanding of me and the suggestion is spot on, able to be implemented, and turns out pointed me in the right direction. Dr. Ben and all the staff are very caring and helpful people.

He has been an amazing advocate and provider in my mom's diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's. It's important not to know the why this happened but to know what to expect and what difference we can make to slow the progression or make this an easy transition with each stage. I truly believe we would still be on that quest if not for him. My mom is happier that we found him. Thank you for your dedication.

Dr.Ben is amazing. My mom is his patient and he has immensely improved her daily living. I’m not sure where we would be without him and his expertise in minimizing the severe symptoms she was experiencing. Dr. Ben is kind, patient, and truly invested in the people he serves. Our family is very grateful for him!
