The single most frustrating intake process I have ever had to experience. My first appointment was not honored. No one reached out, so i made a second appointment. Then, 20 mins before our scheduled appointment I am receiving 3 texts and 2 phone calls (that don’t even ring long enough for me to answer). So I tell them “I am prepared for a phone call at the appointment time i signed up for” I receive the call and am told “check your email. I will call back later” I’m not available later. that’s why i signed up for the time i did. It makes no sense to make someone asking for mental health help jump through these hoops.
I can’t say enough great things about Rock Life Counseling LLC. The team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to helping their clients grow and heal.

Bethany and EMILY are FABULOUS. They have helped me so much in just a short time. I love attending sessions with Bethany and Emily. They take the time to indivudialize care plans specifically for your needs/wants. For anyone needing a safe and therapeutic space I highly recommend Rock Life Counseling.

Dr. Monte aka Dr. B is the BEST. I have had reservations for years on being treated for what I knew was ADHD and I am glad I finally stepped out of my comfort zone and found Dr. B! She is the most genuine Doctor that I have ever met, and you can tell that you aren’t just another patient on the list, as this has been my experience with many in the mental health network. If you want to be treated by someone who makes you feel seen, heard, and understood, look no further.
Steve is a great therapist. He is patient and knowledgable. He gave me proper attention and guided me as needed. He has cross-cultural experience which helped in my case. I have been working with him for about a year and my life has significantly improved compared to when I started. I am grateful to Steve and highly recommend him to anyone seeking therapy.
Emily is a wonderful individual to work with! Her vibrant personality and genuine care for others shines through her work in counseling. She is knowledgable and patient, warm and welcoming. It would not be uncommon to feel a strong therapeutic alliance with Emily as she effortlessly works to join her clients, where ever they may be in their life journey.
Steve was a great person to work with and incredibly accommodating. I had to temporarily move into the area from another state and wanted to continue my therapy while I was here. It was an incredibly smooth transition and Steve was able to provide a lot of great insights in the short amount of time that I spent as his patient.
