Dr. Padron has truly helped me turn my life around. I went undiagnosed with ADHD until my 30s, and over the years I saw at least five other psychiatrists. None of them showed the level of care and attention I’ve received from Dr. Padron. Since beginning treatment with him, I’ve been able to stay at my current job longer than any position I’ve held in the past seven years—after years of feeling like I would never succeed in a career. He remembers my children’s names and asks how they’re doing at every appointment. I genuinely feel that he cares about me as a person and is invested in my growth and well-being. I can’t say enough good things about him.

If you’re looking for someone to treat you like a human, not a number he’s your guy. I’ve been seeing Dr. M Padron for the last couple of months. He is responsive, and attentive to my needs and desires during treatment. He’s passionate about helping others and has the mastery of the subject to provide such help.

To anyone who has historically hesitated to get evaluated for ADHD: I hope you read this. I assure you, you can trust all the reviews on Dr. Padron. I initially was going to sign up for an evaluation with a different provider/practice, but I checked the reviews at the last minute. They were ~4.8. When I dug in, I realized that provider had likely created fake accounts to offset some negative reviews they'd previously received. When I saw Dr. Padron had a perfect 5 stars, I was immediately skeptical. As I read through the reviews and also dug into the profiles of the people who were writing them, it was apparent that they were coming from real people with real experience with him. I thought this guy had to be too good to be true. I'm not totally convinced he's a real person. He might be some genetically-enhanced version of a human. If you read his LinkedIn profile and see all he's done in his very short 38 years on this planet, you're going to start wondering, "Is this guy ACTUALLY an Avenger?!" Possibly. The world may never know. It's all legit. He's truly done it all. Dr. Padron is Indiana's best-kept secret when it comes to ADHD care. He sets the standard for the Hippocratic Oath that all medical professionals should strive for. He doesn't use medication as a coverup for underlying issues that need to be addressed (diet, activity levels, social & spiritual health, etc). He treats the whole person. He asked about my bloodwork, my vitals, my primary care physician, etc. He wanted the full picture. He's a phenomenal listener, relentlessly kind and respectful, down to earth, no ego, no arrogance, no need to prove himself. You will not feel awkward in an appointment with him. You won't be nervous. You'll feel like you just met up with a friend to catch up, and the conversation just happened to involve psychiatry (I'm sure that happens to most of us all the time). If medication IS the route for you (he has no problem telling you if it isn't), he'll want every detail on how you're responding. At this point you're probably thinking he's perfect. Almost. He DID feel conflicted about cheering on the IU football team in the Natty since he hails from Miami. Obviously he went with the better choice, so we'll overlook his momentary hesitation. Listen, friend: If you're unsure, just schedule the appointment and get evaluated. He will NOT pressure you into anything. If you're adamant about no medication, he will honor it. If you decide you want to part ways after the eval (regardless of diagnosis), you won't receive an ounce of shade from the man. I know this seems crazy, but he's actually in it to help people. Wild, right? You won't regret working with him. He's the best in the game.

If you’re suffering, or if you simply wish your life could feel lighter and more possible, let this be the gentle sign you’ve been waiting for to book a consult with Dr. Mario. And if you’re the type who has carried everything alone... the prideful ones, the quiet endurers, the people who push through trauma without ever asking for help... I understand you. I am you. I spent years believing no one could truly see me or know how to help. If that’s where you are, please let my experience be the reassurance you need. You don’t have to keep doing it all alone. Working with Dr. Mario has been one of the most life‑changing decisions I’ve ever made, and I’m genuinely proud of myself for letting go and trusting his wisdom. I began treatment during a point in my life where I was completely stuck and burnt out, my nervous system was on fire and Dr. Mario brought calm and clarity back into my world. My symptoms were debilitating, and as someone who rarely asks for help, I truly believed nothing could make a difference… until I finally booked a consult. Looking back, it feels like that single decision cracked open a window in a room I thought I’d be trapped in forever. I felt genuinely advocated for during my consult with Dr. Mario. He asked thoughtful, probing questions that helped uncover the full picture of what I was experiencing. From the very first moment, he was cool, grounded, and human. He listens with real presence, gives you space to speak in your own words, and never rushes or interrupts. He picks up right away that you have something to say. He explains diagnoses, treatment options, and medications with a patient clarity, that makes everything feel less frightening and more possible. He also makes the entire process feel easy and convenient from scheduling, to communication to understanding each step. Which is such a blessing when you’re already overwhelmed. There’s nothing cold about him; he has a calm, thoughtful steadiness that sets the tone and makes it easy to be yourself. I feel important, seen, and truly recognized under Dr. Mario's care. He treats me as an equal in my own healing, collaborating with me and honoring whatever pace feels safe. I also appreciate that he treats me like I’m intelligent, he never talks down to me or oversimplifies things. He uses real terminology and trusts that I can understand it, which makes me feel respected and capable. What I appreciate most is that he never pushes or pressures. He doesn’t take a parental tone or try to steer your life. Instead, he meets you exactly where you are and walks with you at a pace that feels safe. His approach is kind, collaborative, gentle, and respectful - like having someone hold a lantern beside you while you find your footing again. Since starting treatment, I’ve transformed into a stronger, more capable version of myself. I’m not just aware of my potential, I can finally reach for it. I’m working full‑time again with reasonable accommodations, and I have the stamina to show up in big ways without burning out. My focus is sharper, my mood is steadier, and I feel kinder, more patient, and more myself. The constant fatigue has lifted. I sleep better, I eat better, and the heaviness that once felt permanent has dissolved into something lighter, something hopeful It’s like my nervous system had a real glow‑up thanks to Dr. Mario taking good care of me. Finding a psychiatrist who is this thoughtful, grounded, and human is rare. You’ll catch onto his vibe quickly, he truly cares for his patients, and he’s incredibly approachable and relatable. His care has changed my quality of life in ways I didn’t think were possible, and I’m so grateful. I often joke that he’s a real‑life superhero, but the impact he’s had on my life makes it feel true. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking compassionate, effective, and truly exceptional care. And honestly… if you end up booking with him, don’t be surprised when your future self wants to high‑five your past self. Mine definitely did! Sincerely-Erica

Dr. Padron has been incredible with me over the past couple of months and I recommend him to anyone struggling with ADHD. He is extremely attentive, thoughtful, and always makes himself available when I need to meet or have questions

Dr Mario Padron is great to work with. It’s super easy to get signed up initially, and he actually listens to everything and goes really in depth with it to start. He’s super chill to talk to and knows his stuff. I’m someone who really doesn’t go to doctors unless I absolutely have to. But it was really nice talking to him and then it’s really convenient to change meds, message questions, get a quick response. So much better than going through some large medical corporation, where you’re just another number in a file.

Recommend. Always a polite experience. Dr Padron has helped my life in so many ways. Treatment has been extremely effective. Very flexible with scheduling. Always willing to listen. Could not ask for a better Doctor.

I always suspected I had ADHD but wasn’t formally diagnosed until I saw Dr. Padron. It was such a relief to finally feel understood instead of “different.” He never pressured me into medication — he listened, was patient, and worked with me until we found the right solution for me. I’m really grateful for his care and highly recommend him.

Dr. Mario is an incredible person and doctor. My friend recommended him when I was really struggling to manage my ADHD, medication, and adverse symptoms of meds. He made availability for me right away, spent a long time listening and evaluating my situation, and explained the neuroscience and chemistry of ADHD and different medications thoroughly and understandably. He is deeply caring and has empowered me significantly in managing and directing my ADHD. Dr. Mario is impressively knowledgeable and responds exceptionally quickly via the online portal. Dr. Mario has helped me see ADHD as something to work with, not against. He listens without judgment, celebrates neurodiversity, and tailors treatment to who you are, not just a checklist of symptoms. I always feel understood, capable, and encouraged after appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Mario to anyone who wants a psychiatrist who genuinely gets ADHD.

Focus ADHD has been amazing to me. Dr. Mario Padron helped me to understand my ADHD instead of just treating it. I finally understand how my brain works and why I do the things I do, which has made life much easier. He’s patient, real, and easy to talk to. My primary doctor was not helping me in any way and made me feel like a criminal for advocating my own needs. I have not felt that here and always leave sessions feeling understood and supported.
