The therapist I had was good but their payment system is broken and they blame *you* for when *their* system doesn't comply and then send threatening emails after you give them your payment information on over half a dozen occasions. Just completely wrong for patients (many of whom suffer with anxiety disorders) to have to deal with this. I've never dealt with another business where its so difficult to give them your money.
