It's been two years now that I've been meeting with my therapist Jake, and I appreciate him so much! He is incredibly thoughtful, supportive, inquisitive, caring, patient, and open-minded. I like how he offers insights from various therapeutic methodologies and intersectional perspectives. He has helped me navigate lots of changes in my life, offered coping strategies, and has been a steady source of support for me.
My therapist Amanda has been supporting me tremendously. I’ve been with her a little over a year and I’ve been progressing tremendously. I highly recommend Amanda.
My counseling experience is with James Grider. James does a great job of listening without judgement and then challenging me in what I feel are the right spots to help me move forward. I have really enjoyed my sessions with James and look forward to continue working with him.
Jesse’s the real deal. No therapist voice, no judgment, just real conversation. Jesse helped me untangle things I didn’t even realize were connected. I always leave sessions feeling like something important clicked.
I've had the privilege of working with James Grider, and I can't recommend him highly enough. His approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. James creates a safe and welcoming space where it's easy to open up and explore difficult emotions. He listens deeply and offers insights that are both practical and empowering. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve gained clarity, resilience, and tools I continue to use every day. If you're looking for a therapist who truly cares and makes a lasting impact, James is exceptional.
I've been a client of Symmetry a couple of times over the years and had had a great experience each time. Currently working with James Grider and he is truly a wonderful therapist. James is a great listener, he's compassionate, and a very caring person who genuinely cares. Could not recommend him enough!
My experience with Symmetry has been incredible. I have made progress I thought might never happen for me. Andrew specifically has been absolutely wonderful as a counselor, kind and reassuring but still challenging me to improve. Beyond that he has been very flexible with my schedule and with my desired rate and areas of progress. I could not recommend him or Symmetry more.
Symmetry Counseling made the intake process very easy. Their online portal is user-friendly. They answer messages and concerns promptly. I had to switch counselor because of a scheduling issue and the transition to my new counselor was smooth. My new counselor is James Grider. He is absolutely amazing! Very caring and attentive. I’ve learned coping exercises that help me regularly. I’ve shared so many random things. James has helped me and he always brings focus back to our plan for my wellness. I’m glad I found Symmetry.
I have been a client of Andrew at Symmetry Counseling for about 3 years now. Very easy to register and begin therapeutic services. I initially started therapy to help address anxiety regarding some big life changes (raising my kid) and Andrew has remained a consistent source of support not only in addressing that life changes, but other things life has thrown my way. My experience with Symmetry Counseling has been upmost professionalism, compassion, and most importantly supportive in every sense of the word. Thanks!
I've been a client at Symmetry Counseling for almost two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend Natalia. She is incredibly empathetic and consistently approaches each session with genuine care and understanding. From our very first meeting, I felt heard and supported. Her insightful guidance and compassionate nature have truly made a positive impact on my life. Communication with the practice is always easy, and billing has been straightforward and hassle-free. If you're looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about your well-being, this is the place to go!
