I have known and worked closely with Angela Derrick, PhD and Susan McClanahan, PhD since 2006. They are both experts in their field, published clinicians, and highly respected clinical leaders. When you work with Dr. Derrick, Dr. McClanahan, and their team, you can expect expertly trained staff, a strong community, and compassionate care. Spring Source is an exceptional place, and I appreciate the high standard of excellence they bring to the mental health community.
The Therapists at SpringSource are incredibly knowledgeable. My therapist didn’t just listen, she provided me with the proper tools and coping mechanisms that help me change the cycle of my eating disorder and get to a healthy weight. Thank you for your expertise, I’m finally feeling like I’m in control of the food I eat with better portion control. Highly recommend this facility!!!
SpringSource is a terrific group of therapists. The leadership is professional and knowledgeable. I have had a very successful and caring relationship with my therapist!
Everyone here is so knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like they really understood what I needed and gave me the tools to help me help myself. Highly recommend
Absolutely terrible experience with spring source psychological center. Intake the therapist was late and then for our second appointment we were told we would get some forms to fill out for my child for the meeting and the forms made absolutely no sense as they were for an adult not for a child. And then for our second appointment I never got a link these were zoom appointments so I emailed inquiring and apparently I was supposed to just know that I was supposed to use the link from the previous appointment. Before these appointments with spring source I had never in my life used zoom I did not know you can use the link over again. Also before our second appointment I was told I would be given more information and forms to fill out and never received them. Then I was doing my finances and found out that I had received a mysterious charge on my bank account from Spring source. When you fill out your paperwork with them to enroll you need to give them your credit card and authorize them to charge it when you are 30 days past due on a bill okay no problem. I never received a bill and was charged within six days of the date of service and still have not received a bill I do not even see an EOB from my insurance from the provider we have seen so I have no clue what this charges for and when you call you can't get a hold of anybody they go straight to voicemail I sent an email waiting for a return or call and if I do not receive anything I will be disputing the charge of my bank and possibly getting in contact with a lawyer. Avoid spring source at all costs because it will cost you for who knows what because they don't send you bills and charge you without authorization.
SpringSource is an amazing company with the most dedicated staff I’ve seen. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
I have been using this office for over a year now. I love my therapist and the help from the center overall is amazing. Thank you for helping at times of need!
