Sheila is an exceptional healer. In my work as a therapist, I've referred countless clients to Sheila over the years - all of whom report back to me with gratitude and praise for her work. The results are amazing - relief from chronic stress, restored confidence, and a newfound sense of inner wisdom are only a few of the outcomes I've witnessed. If you are like many of my former clients, who felt scared of the word "hypnosis" before trying it, 1) you are not alone and 2) you will be in great hands with Sheila, who specializes in working with high-achieving professionals who have a clear sense of the results they want, who expect excellence. Sheila will walk you through exactly what to expect, including how it works, and will answer all questions you have about her method. The field of hypnosis has struggled with a dicey reputation because of poor regulation of the "bad apples" in the field who fail to provide informed consent or accurate representations of the work involved. (The field of psychotherapy and counseling has struggled with this same concern...and then some). Sheila has a clearly delineated method and approach that is ethical, informed, and driven by results. If you're still skeptical, check out her downloadable programs to get a sense of her work. Highly recommend.
I have suffered from a debilitating fear of driving for almost 20 years - to the point where I couldn't even drive a go-kart or bumper car. I was able to rely on public transportation and catching a ride with others for the majority of those years, but over time I began to feel more and more limited by my lack of independence. I have been working with another therapist who suggested Cognitive Behavior Therapy, but I was so anxious I couldn't even bring myself to start working on the techniques she taught me. Almost immediately after I began working with Sheila I was able to start implementing the CBT techniques I'd learned and, best of all, I didn't feel anxious while doing them. I'm now at a place where I feel ready to get back behind the wheel and am scheduling driving lessons - something I couldn't even think about without feeling sick with anxiety before I tried hypnotherapy. Working with Sheila was an absolute pleasure I'm incredibly grateful for her help!
Sheila is fantastic at what she does! Her office is super easy to find and her professionalism is superior. I had been working with Sheila as a child (ages 9-18) for ADHD, Dyslexia, as well as performance enhancing for school sports. I was able to fly through school, which before our sessions had been a struggle. I ended up graduating high honors as a Tri-Athlete. She made it easy to juggle sports and school despite my learning disabilities. I've seen her recently for anxiety and emotionally letting go. She was able to help me quickly and with ease. I always leave feeling so much better and ready to conquer anything! Thank you Sheila!
Thank you Sheila for sharing your tremendous gifts with me and my kids. If you are seeking energetic emotional healing beyond talk therapy Sheila is perfect for you !! Sheila shaved off years of trauma and helped me deprogram negative self talk & beliefs. She will accomplish in one session results that I have never received in traditional therapy. It’s an understatement to say that I recommend Sheila. If you are lucky enough to find her trust me it’s Devine intervention.
