Friendly, helpful, good communicators. Davis and Grace happily answered my cascade of questions!
Arias runs the show!! I’ve never worked with someone so on top of appointments and insurance and payments. Super communicative and makes my life 10000x easier. Arias goes way above and beyond what I’d ever expect ❤️ Davis and Grace are amazing for PT. Friendly, supportive, understanding. Been feeling so much better over the past two months. Thank you to everyone at this practice!
Without a doubt, this is the best physical therapy team in the city. Professional, kind, caring, fun, funny, and just great people. Can’t recommend enough. They will exceed your expectations in every way. Never thought I would feel this way but I will miss going to physical therapy!! Thank you so much Mary, Amy, and Samara.
I am receiving PT at RUSH Physical Therapy Loop/Millenium Park location and am very pleased with their care. My therapist, Mary, is quite skillful at determining the precise areas that need attention as well as the type of attention. She has coached me through the exercises and modifies the movements based on my performance and feedback. Home assignments are coherent with the in-office program of activity. Excellent communication, competence, empathy, and encouragement.
I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Amy Eckardt, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care and expertise I received. From the moment I walked into their clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Amy Eckardt is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and tailored a treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. Throughout my sessions, I could see her dedication to my recovery and their unwavering commitment to my well-being. Her attention to detail and patience in explaining exercises and techniques made a significant difference in my progress. Thanks to Dr. Amy Eckardt I’ve made remarkable strides in my physical health. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her team to anyone in need of a skilled and caring physical therapist. Their expertise, professionalism, and kindness truly set them apart.
Mary is absolutely excellent. I always thought PT was just for injuries, but Mary helped me see the value in PT for injury prevention. She helped me work through several areas that needed strengthening, and she successfully helped me get ready for my marathon. She helps you understand why she’s having you do certain exercises, able to translate medical jargon to easy to understand explanations about your pain, and most importantly she makes PT fun. I can’t recommend her enough for injury prevention, strengthening, or recovery.
Excellent hands on time that I didn’t receive from previous providers. Molly and the team are super caring and provide excellent explanation and treatment on my injuries. I have had several PT’s both in the US and internationally and this location and provider is the best care I have ever received. I came here for back pain and subsequently have got several treatments to allow me run multiple marathons and compete pain free at my other chosen sports.
I've been to other therapists and didn't get results for my injuries, but Molly always fixes my problems by accurately identifying the cause, reducing the pain and muscle tension, and strengthening the appropriate muscles to correct the problem and prevent re-injury. She's highly trained, professional, friendly and most important, she gets results. The facility is clean and organized, everyone there is friendly and professional, and they're very punctual.
I am extremely happy I picked NovaCare for my physical therapy rehab. I chose this location due to convenience to proximity to work and could not have been happier. The staff is wonderful. All of the ladies that work there are very knowledgeable in what they do and make you feel very comfortable. I have never been to physical therapy before and wasn’t sure what to expect. They have been great in the guidance and I definitely feel I am making progress in my recovery, which also gives me hope. I highly recommended this facility and working with this wonderful staff of people. Thank you so much!
I first went to to NovaCare following a traumatic foot injury. My physical therapist Molly was instrumental in my recovery. Molly and the staff at NovaCare are excellent in making you feel welcome and motivating you to achieve a successful recovery. The location is convenient and located steps away from every major rapid transit station. The facility is clean and bright and though smaller than many large chains, never feels crowded. The staff including Stacey and Alana are welcoming and always greet you by name when arriving. NovaCare schedules patients so you never need to wait and you are always assisted in your rehab from the moment you walk in. Molly is an outstanding physical therapist who spends a lot of individual time with each patient to ensure you make great progress at every visit. They have a great PT team at NovaCare. Recently Molly left for two weeks working with the national US Olympic team in Lake Placid, and I worked with another staff member who offered the same quality of care that I have come to expect. I am 62 years old and was an avid runner. Following my injury I had to move on to cycling. Thanks to Molly and the NovaCare team I was able to get back on track and have put over 3000 miles on my bike this summer including a couple of century rides. This is the place to go whether you are an athlete with a sport related injury, or someone who is recovering from an accident or post surgery rehab. This is the place to go!
