I visited this individual for a single consultation. Dr. Roth is clearly perceptive about others' motives and the meaning of their self-defeating behaviors, though only to a degree. Obstructing a wide-ranging and thoughtful dialogue about one"s difficulties is an unwarranted and arrogant self-certainty in his manner and interpretations.
