I had an excellent experience at this clinic! After two years working with Lindsay I can confidently say she is as good as it gets! Intelligent, professional, and kind. She embodies what it means to be in a caring profession! So thankful for the time we got to work together and would recommend her to anyone.
Tory is a phenomenal clinician and I would trust her team to care for any of my friends or loved ones.

Tory's a class act - professional, authentic, warm, engaging. They say an organization is only as healthy as its leadership, and given what I know of Tory, I'd recommend the team at Proactive Therapy without hesitation.
Tory and her team are highly professional, caring, and well trained. I trust Proactive to provide effective treatment to individuals across the lifespan.
Is it possible to give 50 stars? In 2020 I went through a health crisis and started seeing Abby Levin. Abby met me at the darkest point of my life thus far and over a full year of sessions she helped me transform my life. After I got past the health issues, we worked on self-compassion, family relationships, communication, coping techniques, and mindfulness. I still am using the skills and methods daily that she taught me. She is extremely compassionate, kind, comforting, and a great listener. I truly cannot recommend her enough and you would be lucky to have her in your corner. Abby also introduced myself and my fiancé to Regan Murphy who is our couples therapist at Proactive. At first I was hesitant when my fiancé suggested it, but after 5+ months of seeing Regan, it has been life-changing for both of us in the best way. We really appreciate Regan’s thoughtful & kind approach and we are amazed at how much improvement we have seen in our communication by incorporating the techniques that she has taught us into everyday life. Regan is extremely talented and again, I truly cannot recommend her enough.
There are no words to express my gratitude for Tory. I'm sure she knows by now that she has completely changed my life for the better, but that is the tip of the iceberg. I feel like I am the person I am today because of her care. I've seen a handful of therapists in my lifetime, but none have made me feel so immediately comfortable as she has. It's not just that I don't feel judged in her space; it's that I feel validated and worthy of help. She has helped me through the depths of an eating disorder I didn't know I had, and continues help me manage my anxiety disorder. I always leave our sessions with more tools and perspective than I had before and I can see the progress we've made. I can honestly say I don't know where I would be without her thoughtfulness and guidance. Regarding my eating disorder treatment, I'm so grateful that Tory takes a Health at Every Size approach. I feel so incredibly lucky that I happened to find her without knowing any of this beforehand. Lastly, what I love most about Tory is that she remembers absolutely everything; a friend's name, my complicated family dynamics, things about my dog. It's not just that she's reading it from a paper but that she makes the extra effort to know these things about me. Not every therapist does this. I speak of her so highly and to so many people, and as a result, many of my peers have become her long-time patients, too. Some of them see the other therapists at the practice and speak highly of them as well. I can't recommend this practice enough.
I don't really know what to say outside this place is fantastic. The therapists are great and well qualified. I feel like it's very important to find the right "fit" when seeing a therapist. My very first session, Betsy let me know that if I did not feel comfortable seeing her she would recommend other therapists or options. They clearly put people's mental well being above all else.
