I started working with Michaela at Mind Body Co-op in the fall of 2025 and can't say enough good things about her and the MBC team. It was super easy to set up a consultation and the office team was responsive, friendly, and helpful when coordinating insurance and appointment information. Within a few minutes of speaking with Michaela, it was clear how much she cares for her clients; she is incredibly warm, understanding, and kind. She asked a lot of questions, took her time explaining a treatment plan, and ensured that I was knowledgable and comfortable with that plan. I felt so seen and validated by her and would highly recommend both Michaela and MBC.

I’ve been trying to call them and email them for 2+ weeks. Nobody replies. Their answering service just puts you in a doom loop of “call this number” and that number goes to the identical voicemail. Impossible to reach a human. Intake process was extremely time consuming but when I went to the initial appointment it was clear the therapist hadn’t read any of the notes. Huge waste of time and highly unprofessional. They need to get their admin situation under control ASAP.

Partner scheduled appointment for therapy at 7pm, confirmed appointment on phone the previous day and they cancelled his appointment the next day at 12pm. Was told there was no availability for 4 months. They did the same thing for psychiatry appointment with no explanation or warning. Extremely unprofessional.

I'm not generally one to write a review, but because MBC provides service related to mental health, I thought it was important to let other folks know. I have experienced multiple instances of MBC being very unorganized and irresponsible in terms of patient well-being. From billing issues to not informing me of my provider leaving until I tried to schedule an appointment to now being unwilling to refill my prescriptions while I look for a new provider...I'm just really disappointed with my experience here. I've been going to MBC for a few years now. I hoped each incident was isolated, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

I just got off the phone with someone that was NOT my psych relaying the message that I am not allowed my medication until i attend an appt despite his next appt being 6 weeks out; I have been on these meds for 4yrs and am now experiencing disabling withdrawal symptoms. They told me to go to the ER and there’s nothing they can do. AFTER 4 YEARS. Nothing about MindBody shows that they care at all for their patients. The only consistent thing they have ever done is charge me for my payment plan(because somehow after a single year i owed them $3k+ and no amount of payments can get that number down). I have been forced to go without medication, sent to the hospital multiple times for withdrawal, lied to by my therapist, gaslit and ignored by my psych, and so much more. It takes 10+ voicemails and emails to multiple departments before anyone ever responds, and the response will never be from your actual provider. My mental health has gone through such an unnecessary rollercoaster due to MindBody’s lack of organization, response, and care. They’ve taken thousands of dollars and left me more broken and fearful of the health system. If you are looking for professionals to truly care for your wellbeing, look anywhere else but here.

Organization here seems abysmal. Shared my disappointment about not just their lack of in person therapists available in evenings but the fact that I’d been in a back in forth with intake for weeks going on months and was eventually ghosted and got a “I don’t know what you’re talking about” response which feels awful. You would really hope for a practice as big as this one they would have the competence to follow up with people or be able to take feedback with grace. They don’t.

After repeated attempts to contact and getting no response, I was finally able to get on the waitlist for EMDR therapy in December of 2022. I was told the wait would be 12-16 weeks. It has now been almost a full year and I was never connected with a provider, despite following up to check in multiple times. If you need treatment in a timely manner, do not trust their waitlist process and look elsewhere. I have been sitting on the waitlist without an update for so long that I was able to start and finish EMDR with another provider! I understand many mental health providers are understaffed right now, but they should be honest about their capacity instead of stringing along vulnerable clients.

Honestly, wonderful staff. Their missed appointment fees though, are quite shameful. Ranging between $100-$200 for each missed appointment. I'm sure Mind body co-op bills my insurance enough to cover their business expenses. I will be cutting ties with this company for that reason.

I’ve been trying to find a good therapist and psychiatrist for most of my life. Mind Body is the first place that has exceeded my expectations time and time again. It’s especially a game changer how integrated my 2 mental health specialists are with each other. I can tell they talk to each other in between my appointments which really helps ensure I get the most out of the talk therapy and prescribed meds. My care at Mind Body has resulted in diagnosis and prescriptions that no other doctor or mental health care provider has ever even mentioned to me and it is proven to be so helpful in my journey to your mental stability! I will be moving out of state soon, and I am truly distraught, knowing that I’ll have to find new mental health care again. I’ve been looking for a place like mind-body co-op throughout my entire life and I hope I’m able to find somewhere even a fraction as helpful and fitted to my needs as they have been.

I had a bit of a snafu with billing and ended up being charged way more than I expected due to claims not being processed by my insurance on time (so they were all lumped together in one large debit) I was very upset and dismayed but my therapist quickly escalated the matter to billing and billing management was caring enough to break down the charges and provided much clarification and empathy which was greatly appreciated! It truly made me feel better, and reinforced my confidence in them! If you are looking for top notch quality care on all levels look no more, Mind Body Co-Op is your place!
