Liz is amazing!! I worked with her when I was pregnant with my second having had a history of PPD/PPA after my first. She was an incredible resource for me during my second pregnancy and early postpartum days.

Liz is an incredible therapist. After working with her I feel like I walked away with a lot of tools to approach any issue. She creates a safe space and works hard to ensure that the tool, analogy, or reframe to a situation resonates with you. She is kind, flexible, and lighthearted (she takes her work very seriously, but it's nice to be able to laugh at something with your therapist!). I would recommend her to anyone but as a mother of young children navigating all the changes and challenges that come with that, I would highly recommend her to that demographic!

Working with Liz Brice was true good luck in my young adult life. I felt supported, seen, and cared for by Liz. She was there to push me to set boundaries I needed. She respectfully and graciously answered my many rambling emails, and always pointed me back towards myself and my values. She helped me navigate so much, with compassion and generosity. I love Liz! I would not be here without her, and I am so proud of the way she helped me grow. Now, Liz is still legendary in my friend group as synonymous for a good therapist. We have said “everyone needs a Liz” on many occasions. She’s the type of therapist that makes you feel like you can handle this world through community and connection.

I’ve seen 8 therapists over the last 20 years and Liz is one of the top two best of them. And the other top therapist is the one I’m currently seeing who Liz referred me to. Liz took the time to ensure she transferred me to a new therapist I would mesh well with and that was so helpful. I felt seen and understood by Liz and I appreciated her humor and genuine care. Her passion for her work with clients is evident. She wants you to know your strengths, your worth, and your capacity for growth. To this day, after four years not being her client, I often call to mind our work together as I continue to work on myself and am so grateful to have experienced her way of being as my therapist.
