Anna Lucas, is professional, thorough, and attentive. I have full confidence in her clinical judgment.
I've been seeing my provider, Jennifer Novak, for almost a year, and she has truly been wonderful throughout a difficult time in which I needed support. She is extremely empathetic and helpful, and I feel that I am in good hands with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking treatment. I had trouble making appointments with other providers and other companies before that made me push off receiving services for a while, but in this case, the process was very easy. I also appreciate that I can come in for in-person visits, and I haven't had any issues with billing or communication as reported in other reviews. If I need to get in touch with the office or my provider, I can send a message through their online portal, and previously, I've received an answer the same day.
Intake coordinator Jessy F IS AMAZING!!!!! I had to call three times before I got Jessy, she was extremely helpful and unlike the other 2 individuals I spoke too she was able to get my first apt virtually (currently in a cast) which was amazingm she was also able to workout the "issue" with my insurance provider.
Two providers in a row who tried gaslighting me into thinking I'm schizophrenic simply because there's a celebrity element to my life. Two providers in a row who tried their hardest to convince me that I'm delusional when I'm not. And now a long road ahead of me getting off of the antipsychotics they had me on, that I should not have been on in the first place. I could not recommend this company less.
Jay Butterfield is an awesome therapist! He is attentive, funny, kind, and responsive. Jay’s style is calm and collected yet warm. He is great at breaking down stressful events and situations into moveable peices to help you navigate and grow from them. He also has a knack for helping you to celebrate progress which is essential if you tend to be hard on yourself! Tiffany at the front desk is great, as well!
Madison is amazing! I feel so heard by her and she takes time to really get to know you and always makes sure to write down important information. At first, I was nervous to get another psychiatrist. I was so anxious about it but the receptionists who helped me out; picking a virtual appointment, choosing a psychiatrist, answering any questions, and made the whole process so easy, they’re always so sweet and one lady had helped me change my last name that was on file. She was the sweetest and I appreciate her! I highly recommend virtual visits as it makes it more accessible especially since I’m not in the area.
Really easy and intuitive to book, nice office with water, and simple coffee, tea. Very easy to check-in on phone beforehand or in reception area when you get there. Great overall experience
Lifestance has been a huge help in maintaining and managing my medications and offering telehealth options for appointments. The doctors and nurse practitioners that I’ve interacted with have been very understanding, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!
I’ve had a great experience with my therapist, but the billing department charges me about every 4 months even when my insurance fully covers the cost. I call and get refunded every time, but it’s so frustrating to constantly make sure I’m not getting overcharged.
Therapist was awesome. She FaceTimed me instead because the site was not working. However she told my daughter to call anytime she was in a manic state to help her. When she calls she doesn’t answer. Also said she would set me up with a prescription for anxiety and never heard back. They’ve charged me for office visits they canceled and when I have asked them to refund the money they said they would look into it and call me back and again never heard back
