Great group and individual therapy! Very welcoming and accepting felt super and in safe space during sessions .
I’ve had amazing experiences everything from the Latinx therapists that are part of this group practice to doing group therapy sessions. I proudly saw my therapist for over 2 years which had an extremely positive impact on my life.
Finding the right therapist has been a long journey. Latinx talk therapy really helped me by matching me with a therapist that truly understands where I am coming from. She has helped me open up and really look deeper. I am so glad i started this journey and i can’t wait to see how i feel a year from now. i highly recommend them.
Very glad I took the step of starting my therapy journey with Latinx Talk Therapy. It has already been life changing in my initial three months of weekly therapy. Everyone is nice and welcoming.
i’ve had 2 sessions so far and i look forward to future ones. i’m so thankful i found this place.
My therapist is kind, professional, and easy to talk to. I feel heard and supported every session. I’ve made a lot of progress since starting therapy here. Highly recommend!
the entire process to finding a therapist was really easy! the team is very helpful, friendly, and flexible. i also enjoy their consistency in following up. im really enjoying my sessions with aneli, she is very down to earth, open to feedback, and has a great structure for the sessions without being rigid!
I’ve been in therapy sessions for almost three years! It was the greatest experience I’ve had with therapy. I have worked with two other therapist years before but didn’t have the connection I had with Latin therapy. I was able to understand how therapy works. I grew as an individual and learned aspects of my like that have have put me in a stand still. Receiving therapy with a therapist that understands the Latin culture has been a plus. I truly recommend Latin X! Thank you to Maritza for guiding me in this journey.
I could not have asked for a more patient and caring therapist. I have worked with Maritza for a few months now, and she is gentle but firm in helping me work through my anxiety and depression. She has been so respectful and patient when I find something difficult to open up about. I appreciate that she is able to understand my cultural background and is knowledgeable of how this context might show up or apply to whatever it is we're working through. I feel so calm, whether it was a heavy session or not, whenever I meet with her. I am looking forward to continue working with her for the foreseeable future.
I am normally not the type to leave reviews for anywhere, but this review means a lot to me in particular. I have been going to this office on and off for the last 3-4 years and have seen two clinicians here. Both are wonderful and kind people, and it makes feel very reassured that this office brings in therapists with much compassion. When I was first seeking therapy, I was specifically looking for an office/therapist that specializes in issues that affect Latinx people/generational issues and upon my intake I knew immediately I was in the right place. I am currently working with Anairis and she is truly one of the kindest people I have met. She takes her time to help me to understand front an inner body and outer body perspective. As a first-gen college student, being introduced to this office has really helped to recognize my future goals and success. If you are considering this office, I would highly recommend!
