Dr. Tony Fletcher basically called me a stupid angry black woman on paper who leads a "meaningless life" and even wrote things out of context and put some information about events in my life in my final assessment/diagnosis that wasn't what I told him and that never happened. In person he seemed kind of nice, although he was invalidating at times (I tried to overlook it), but then I read the diagnosis and he called me aggressive and seemed like he allowed his bias to overlook that I potentially have other neurological disorders like autism. His language was harsh, unnecessary and unprofessional. Thanks for adding to my trauma.

I had a great experience at Higgins and Carter thanks to Dr. Fletcher. I went through testing at another practice prior to coming here and felt incredibly invalidated. Dr. Fletcher heard everything I said and was supportive of my experience throughout the entire process. He has also been extremely responsive

I would give 0 stars if I could. My family had an awful experience with Tony Fletcher. He spent the entire 4 hours constantly invalidating the lived experiences and would summarize by saying "Okay so you did have xyz so that's not so bad." In addition, on nearly every intake form and in every scheduling phone call I marked/informed the office of gender identity and preferred name. Every single time Tony Fletcher spoke to me, in emails, and in the final report, He not only used the incorrect pronouns, he also dead named me. As a medical professional in the mental health field that is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous for his clients well being. I have a strong system around me but many other vulnerable people do not & that lack of care and respect can lead to self harm or worse. He is out of touch and has a very archaic point of view on mental illness, SPECIFICALLY with neurodiversity. In his mind, if you are not a 8 year old white boy who is obsessed with trains and cannot sit still long enough to function without supervision, then you can't possibly be autistic. He completely disregards and actually scoffed at the proven studies of how ASD shows differently in women, and POC. He belittled us by saying "well you can find just about anything on the internet nowadays." After this traumatic experience, Tony Fletcher then ghosted us for over 2 months. After numerous unanswered emails to him to go over his 'findings', I had to email the higher up's at the practice for him to respond as it had been almost 3 months. I strongly urge anyone that is a minority in ANY way, be it gender, race, sexual orientation and thinks they have any type of neurodivergence/any other diagnosable mental illness to stay away from Higgins and Carter SOLELY because of Tony Fletcher and the damage he has done to my family.

I don't know what i would have done without them! I needed to speak with someone after dealing with a divorce and the emotional issues you naturally have. They were not only welcoming and accommodating but Dr Ryan was the patient ear and refreshing voice of reason I needed! They matter and are a must even if you just need a HUMAN behind the doctor degrees to speak with regarding any real life challenges

They canceled an appointment and didn't bother to tell me. Took off for lunch and was turned away at their door. Wouldn't recommend making an appointment with them.
