Jamie is absolutely amazing! I have never met someone who truly cares so much about her clients as she does. Jamie is extremely passionate about her work and spends lots of time studying and learning so she can be the most supportive therapist and coach possible. She is also dedicated to her own personal growth, which is evident in her work, and allows her to better relate to her clients. I’m also incredibly lucky to have had her podcast, which I listened to multiple times when I was going through a breakup. I really value Jamie and think that everyone could benefit from her services!

Jamie lead me through a process that helped me self soothe. Her guidance lead me to physical emotional and spiritual healing. I found myself and was able to overcome heartache and become stronger and gain my confidence back.

Please consider using a different mental health services provider if you need a provider that has good bedside manner, including picking up the phone or answering emails. Unfortunately, Jamie lacks professionalism in not returning phone calls and promptly confirming or cancelling appointments. It's very important for those working in mental health to respect others (for example, following up on voicemails or missed calls).
