Answer the phone dammit!
I've had a great experience with Dr. Nora so far. Great with scheduling and always very present and engaged in the session. Offers very good (and, for me, necessary) insight and perspective. My experience with their billing is easy and transparent.
Avoid at all costs. They will bill your card without your prior approval and without ever telling you how much you owe. They billed my insurance and then just took money out of my account without ever even telling me what my bill would be or that I even owed money. Very shady practice.
