Awful. Unprofessional, unqualified, judgmental, and irresponsible. Tried seeing more than one member of their therapists, and experienced the same level of unprofessional-ism. The first was so unqualified that the head of the practice reached out to apologize...similar with the 2nd one. Actually heard a lot of nervous "am i doing okay?" from the 2nd therapist I saw from this office - their business model at Enliven seems to be to hire a bunch of young hip looking unqualified people and pass them over as couple counseling experts. I received an apology from the head of the practice regarding my experiences, she offered to refer me to someone new at her practice, I accepted and she stopped responded. I'm sorry I ever gave them any of my time.
