A family member recommended Elevation when I reached out for sources for support. I was already onboard due to their tremendous progress. They attributed it to their therapist with Elevation. I reached out and my experience was one of ease. The site is informative, the portal's easy to use, the responsiveness and timeliness to inquiries are great, and I was thrilled that I could do virtual meetings. On the intake form, I mentioned that I needed someone who worked with supporting black women. Elevation matched me with Christa Hill, LCSW. My first session confirmed that they knew what they were doing; they found me the perfect match. Christa actively listens to my experiences, encourages me to look deeper when needed, supports my wins, and challenges me in the areas where growth could benefit me. I cannot think of a better gift for myself than these sessions. For black women who could use mental and emotional support, and are looking to upgrade their quality of life and self-care, I highly recommend Christa and Elevation.
Words can’t describe how amazing it’s been to see my therapist, Hannah here at elevate! We do virtual sessions and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my life. A lot of skills have been taught and I use them daily. It is awesome to have somebody that listens to you and provides techniques to help you conquer all that life throws your way! Look no further, this place is awesome.
I found the perfect therapist at Elevate. I can't say enough good things about my therapist, Whitney. When I first started therapy, I was looking for someone to help me navigate relationships. Whitney was instrumental in helping me navigate complex relationships and more. She helped me understand my emotions, manage my PTSD when it arose, deal with ever-changing life circumstances, and guide me through many traumatic events, such as a traumatic accident, job loss, and temporary displacement from home. She is a source of support and reality, particularly during some of the most challenging times in my life. What sets Whitney apart is her proactive approach. She provides concrete action items and thoughtful recommendations that have helped me evolve. Whitney has helped me understand my ADHD in a way that has made me more effective in my career. She’s given me tools to leverage my ADHD strengths while managing challenges, especially in a profession that doesn’t always have the patience for neurodiversity. She taught me how to recognize the underlying motivations behind the actions of people I am close to. With her guidance, I learned to assess and thoughtfully respond - if necessary. This shift has greatly improved my relationships and emotional well-being. If you're looking for someone who listens and actively helps you make meaningful changes in your life, Whitney is the therapist you need. She has truly made a profound impact on my mental and emotional health, and I am deeply grateful for her guidance.
In a life in which we wear so many hats, Whitney helped my find myself again. She offers clients a safe and inviting space to reflect on what truly matters to them and offers amazing strategies as to how to keep those drivers at the forefront as you navigate through daily life. Her level of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine concern for her clients is evident in each session. I can honestly say I look forward to each meeting knowing that I will gain insights and tranquility.
I've confidently referred multiple couples to Whitney for marriage and family therapy over the past two years. Within each unique case, I’ve seen clear progress and positive impact for the couple and each individual. She creates a supportive and effective environment where couples can truly grow and heal. If you're seeking a compassionate and highly skilled therapist, Whitney is an outstanding choice.
Whitney helped my husband and I communicate better about what we needed to be satisfied and happy in our relationship. She helped us see each other for who we are and helped shed some light on why we may be that way. She also helped us accept each other as we are, and challenged us to show up differently for each other than we had been when it's called for. She helped flip the script on my marriage and I now feel so good and hopeful that we have the tools to be happier together for the duration of our relationship. Whitney has a great disposition, knows how to read the room, is sensitive and direct at the right times. Can't thank you enough Whitney!!
I’ve had such a great experience with Hannah at Elevate. Her office is cozy and inviting. Hannah is personable, funny, and easy to talk to, which made opening up feel natural from the beginning. She also shares helpful resources that I’ve been able to use between sessions. I always leave feeling more grounded and supported. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and down-to-earth therapist!
Elevate Counseling is great! I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Hannah. She’s warm, compassionate, and truly meets me where I’m at. Her knowledge across different therapy approaches is applied in meaningful ways that allows me to feel genuinely supported, while also learning practical, skills-based tools I can use in my daily life.
The guidance and support I have been receiving from Whitney at Elevate Counseling has enabled me to grow and find strength despite circumstances of which I have no control. Her ability to recognize what support is needed, find effective resources, and compassionately navigate you through your mental health journey has abundantly blessed my life.
Whitney is amazing. She takes so much time to understand our relationship and give us real help. She sees things that we don’t see and we adore her.
