Absolute waste of time. Completely unorganized office team. I was asked the same questions regarding my availability and preferences multiple times after filling out 14 forms and being charged for a 50 min session (that’s supposed to be a free session to connect you with an appropriate provider based on their website) They refuse to share bios of their staff so you can make an informed decision about your mental health based on licensing and the qualifications.
Jenna Anderson is the absolute best. Highly recommend her, she’s very understanding and knows exactly when to press further into an issue and when to pull back.
Kasia was great and helped set me up with a therapist immediately.
Avoid at all costs. Office staff is completely incompetent. From the get go they were horribly unorganized, but I decided to give them a shot anyways. They cancelled my appointment 2 minutes before the scheduled time last week, with no explanation. I am unable to get in touch with anyone via phone or email for over a week now. I suggest you take your business elsewhere because they do not deserve it.
This place is a scam. I received an evaluation and the evaluator did not complete it properly. When I asked for the evaluation to be corrected they told me that they could not fix it because their portal was down and Would be for several months. I have asked numerous times for a refund since the service I paid for was not provided. Now they won’t return my calls or emails. Do not use this place for any service unless you want your money stolen.
