Health Care that Delivers Results Age 44 and experiencing perimenopause symptoms, or so I thought. I know some changes are occurring but after feeling “sick inside” so much pressure and bloating I couldn’t tolerate stretchy “leggings” anymore, self-disgust and slowed metabolism….I finally reached out to Cleanse Chicago. It had been 4 years since I last had a colon therapy session, but I recalled feeling my best-self when I regularly received them. Belinda had the credentials, years of experience, and type of service I found best for me: closed hydro therapy.  I had high professional expectations, and office comfort/privacy expectations, and Cleanse Chicago delivered! Abdomen, mood, and low-back relief after the 1st session. I made (1) dietary change, that my practitioner Belinda recommended, and began feeling my energy comeback and watching extra-puffiness fall away. After 3 sessions it was clear, so much of my suffering sluggishness was my digestion. My body is processing food much better, my abdomen is free of pressure, my pants no longer bother me, sleep is better, energy is back, sex drive is back, weight/inflammation is falling off. For me, this is my health care. I have 22 years in the fitness industry: Strength Training, Pilates, and Dance. Many of my clients in KC were served by my colon therapist there. Priceless for so many of us. 2x month with maintenance of my dietary changes works great for me!

Belinda was excellent at explaining the process while it was in progress and I got the results I wanted I feel lighter more energetic and that was immediately I'm excited to see how else this effects me....I'm recommending to friends

My session was amazing with Belinda. She talked to me through the process and answered any questions that I had. She is very educated on what she does and very polite and patient. Ive been to 4 different colonic spots in Chicago and this is by far the best. Belinda knows what she is talking about and does a fantastic job at what she does. If you are on the fence between here and another place, come here. You wont regret it.
