Colleen (Mary) is amazing! Thank you for being a listening ear and for the wonderful advice you give me on the hardest days. I look forward to my therapy appointment every week. Thanks a million!!!
My therapist, Ashley, is a huge benefit for me. Her expertise in neurodivergence is stellar. This organization has been great as I navigate a late diagnosis and all the chaos of life. I would like to add that every interaction with every person at this organization has been kind and respectful. They ACTUALLY care.
I just moved to Chicago and I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed from the transition and I needed a therapist quickly. Cityscape not only met but exceeded my expectations. I receive very high quality & professional services. I am grateful to have found the right therapist that aligns well with me. I've been seeing Alaynah for 3 months and I plan to continue. If you're unsure, you should definitely give them a try because reviews don't lie!!
Horrible experience and wasted time and money I didn’t have in a desperate situation and refused to actually give therapy they were specialized in and just asked things like what I had for lunch or told me To go out and make new friends as well as questioned my standards for dating and discouraged me from continuing to seek more non mental health related medical care bc it’s very “hard and triggering” after what I said I had to do to fight to get any care or insurance for years after so much compound and chronic trauma in 2023 to get cptsd and fnd as an adult. Refused to do even one session of emdr or any evidence based structured therapy sessions focused on any of my goals or needs. I went twice a week for a few months being very house poor to afford copays and the therapist knew and collected the money and never made any effort to match mine. 0/5 stars if I could my fnd treatment team trying to place me with a competent therapist specializing in comped ptsd reaffirmed what a waste of time and money this was when I was having dangerous seizures and this therapist was aware of everything. Any mental health professional with integrity and work experience who talks to me for even 5 minutes tells me cbt and open ended therapy would do nothing but harm me further and never address the actual problems.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 Working with Anissa for the past 10 months has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She’s compassionate, intuitive, and truly gets to the root of things in a way that feels both gentle and powerful. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. I’ve grown so much — emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually — thanks to her guidance. If you’re lucky enough to work with Anissa, take it. She’s the real deal.
Danielle Larsen is an incredibly gifted, attuned therapist who creates a safe and grounded space for healing. She is truly client-centered and brings a unique blend of creativity, comprehensive skills, intuition, and authenticity to her work. I can't recommend her enough for EMDR, parts work (IFS), trauma, as well as general therapy.
Jessica Dattalo is an absolutely incredible therapist and person. I came to her when I was deep in my eating disorder- and I thought there was no way out. She helped me build a toolkit of strategies to use when my ED is flaring up- and was instrumental in opening my mind up to body tolerance - turning into body acceptance. I am now in recovery- thanks to Jessica's partnership with me on my journey. I will never be able to say thank you enough!
Working with Natalie at Cityscape has truly been life-changing. I've learned so much more about myself and how I can improve my mental well-being. This is the best I've felt in years and is certainly the best experience in therapy that I've ever had.
I work with Emily Hartung here. I’ve been dealing with mental health problems the past ten years, and the most improvement I’ve seen in myself has been in the past few months with Emily. One of the hardest things a therapist can do is make a client feel seen, heard, and valued. I feel all these things while in session with her. I can say wholeheartedly that my life has started to feel like mine again with her help.
I’ve been having great sessions with my therapist Dani Parmacek at city space counseling for over a year now. Will be 2 years in May. To be very honest I am so grateful to come across city space and Dani. She is always so spot on with her advice she’s helped me understand some things in life. Taught me some breathing techniques for anxiety, She has been a great listener and you can tell that she listens and cares and wants best for me. So thank you city space for having someone like Dani she is incredible at what she does and I’m so happy to call her my therapist! Thank you, Dani !!
