I found Christina during a time when I was experiencing a mix of symptoms—mostly occassional insomnia and anxiety. I had this feeling that something was off but I couldn’t truly figure it out by myself. Christina immediately knew what questions to ask to get to the root of my problems and improve my life from every vantage point. I am a healthier, more motivated and confident person today. I’ve made huge, life altering changes since working with her to improve my career, personal growth and my relationships. She is both highly intuitive and logical as a therapist. The best part about Christina, for me, is that she is no-nonsense. While she is warm and compassionate, she is also very direct and isn’t afraid to tell you difficult truths. She is truly there to help you grow and succeed in life. While I’ve seen many therapists over my life so far, none have been as effective in such a short amount of time as Christina. I have rid myself of so many toxic habits and dependencies and am the best version of myself today. I truly love the person I’ve become and I’m thankful for all the knowledge, resources and books she recommended to help me build the life I want and deserve. She is not the type of therapist who will listen to you cry and complain session after session—she wants to see you make changes and will help you get there. She knows how to dive deep into your motivations, family history and childhood issues to figure out why you are the way you are and how to break those cycles. If you are serious about making changes in your life, Christina is your person. She will change your life.

Christina offered us ONE exercise, if we'd do it, she'd work with us, if we didn't do it, go get another counselor. We didn't do it. We had to write down every grievance, read it, then NEVER speak of it again. There were too many issues that needed to be discussed that could not be resolved in such a glib manner. After we parted, Husband (H) told me, "If you had done Christina's exercise, I would have gotten off scot-free!!" H went to Bulletproof Husband program for one year. Highly recommend it! H also wrote me an apology letter saying, "I wanted you to look crazy in counseling so my cruel behavior didn't look so bad." H would provoke me just before we got on calls then deny he said what he said/did to purposely provoke me. Maybe it's good that Christina is so one-dimensional. I couldn't take his mean episodes any longer, H moved out, and went into Bulletproof, which made him aware of -- and own his cruel behavior. H would not have gotten awareness, ownership or genuine remorse with Christina's method of sweeping repeated, intentionally cruel behavior under the rug.

Our family has worked with Christina on several occasions over the years. She has helped us through both legitimate crises and normal life transitions. Christina is incredibly insightful and helpful in both situations. The work we did not only dealt with trauma but also created a foundation to grow and flourish in life. I highly recommend Christina.

My partner and I sought couples therapy at a fork in the road of our relationship. We knew we wanted to be together but were struggling with communication and trust issues that were really impacting our relationship. After our first session with Christina, we immediately knew she was “the one.” She was warm but professional, firm but compassionate. She also has an excellent background in working with couples. As we progressed in our sessions, she navigated the complexities of our relationship, helping us each confront our individual fears and patterns, while showing us valuable strategies to ultimately build a much more solid relationship. We worked with Christina just over a year, and wrapped up our time with her, armed with tools and Insights that will carry us forward in our life together.

Found Christina on my own when searching for someone who works with first generation Americans. As a result of working with Christina, I've learned how to have healthy boundaries with those around me. She is direct, professional and easy to schedule with. I'd recommend her if you're serious about making changes in your life.

Christina and I worked together for a short time at the tail end of the pandemic. Like many folks, the pandemic took a toll on my mental health as well as my business. She proved to be a steady, strong, compassionate advocate. I've had a good deal of experience in therapy over the years, as well as participating in additional spiritual and meditative retreats. Christina was attuned to my history and worked gently yet with purpose to help clear my mind and build confidence. We met virtually for a few months and I found I looked forward to each session as I anticipated walking away with new insights. I have recommended her to others and would do so again.

From the start of our work together, Christina asked the right questions to help me begin pulling back the layers on what started as grief counseling but went so much deeper. She has a very professional balance between being direct and letting me figure things out on my own. Overall, we had a very successful journey together and I will plan to revisit with Christina in the future and would recommend her to others.

I can’t speak highly enough about Christina. She is such an excellent therapist to work with and learn from. She is brilliant, empathetic, and professional. When I first started therapy I didn’t have anything super specific that I wanted to focus on, but I knew I wanted to work on ME, Christina used our time to get to know me and my specific needs and push me to be my best self. Christina is direct yet compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to lead her clients to self discovery and growth. After a session with Christina I feel more centered and always leave with food for thought. Christina has helped me become a more independent and overall happier person and I give her my highest recommendation!

I can't speak highly enough of Christina's special blend of insights, skills and courage that she brings to her craft. I hired Christina for a 9 month immersion to strengthen and expand my personal skills as a performance coach, counselor and advisor to leaders in my industry. I was thrilled with the experience and gained deeper self-awareness while also expanding my coaching "tool-box" and philosophy. I can't speak highly enough about Christina's non-judgemental and very present therapeutic and teaching style. Working with her was one of the best self-development steps I have taken in my career. I highly advise any senior leader who is looking to build a healthy, holistic organization to invest time and energy with Christina. She is a very gifted clinician.
