Was told to fill out a form I didn't receive until 8pm prior to appointment at 930am the next day. I called them at about 430-5pm to get clarification on the form to send it or resend it as I did not see it in my email. They did not answer. Was told I would have to reschedule if they did not receive it. I'm upset and frantic now. I'm trying to work while looking for this email. I replied well I guess I have to reschedule. No response to rescheduling but form was sent at 8pm. I was at work trying to fill it out. Wanted a confirmation as id prepaid for a parking spot downtown. My last $20 until payday. Arrived. Front desk told me I needed a QR code to come to the office. I called numerous times to let them know I was there. It was 9am. No response. I left a message. Front desk left a message. Someone came down who did not work for Chicago therapy and let me wait in break room area. They also emailed them as they don't answer the phone. No response. Called twice to inform that I was there. 9:42an I informed them that I was leaving. Wasted time wasted money. I really wanted to get this done. As I type this there is still no response. Email or phone. Unprofessional and frustrating.UPDATE: despite the confusion I was contacted immediately and the confusion was resolved. I appreciate it.
