As a veteran clinical social worker in the specialty field of aging, I've observed that it is hard to find great resources for neuropsych testing, even in a city as large as Chicago. Concerned families often encounter interminable waiting lists or testers who don't communicate results in a helpful or personalized way. Sherrie All, PhD, and her team provide alternative solutions! They schedule testing for new patients as quickly as possible and they engage in practical, meaningful conversations with both patients and their loved ones. The Center for Cognitive Wellness also provides supportive one-on-one and group services, for individuals who have completed their diagnostic testing. They help patients continue to live with hope and a path forward. I recommend their work.

After reaching out to this clinic 7 out of the last 8 business days during business hours (9am-5pm), I finally had someone answer the phone on the 7th time. If you want to talk to a human to ask questions or schedule an appointment, I would not recommend reaching out to this office. Also, their scheduling system seems broken as I wasted time completing all of their intake information only to be told they actually do not have availability for that day. I will be looking elsewhere for a practice that doesn't have as many administrative hurdles.
