We partnered with Artesian Collaborative on a virtual training on Stress Management in Uncertain Times for a corporate audience. The team was both professional and responsive. The training was very well received by the participants, offering both tangible strategies for stress management and opportunities to engage in discussion. We would welcome more opportunities to partner with Artesian Collaborative again in the future.
A colleague had suggested Artesian Collaborative for a work event and they killed it. It was an hour session but I think all of us could've gone for more. We didn't expect that there would be so much participation but I think that Dr Sunitha and Dr Sithara's (who had the most calming voice) energy made everyone so comfortable with sharing! Would recommend them if you're thinking of team events!
I was really excited to get into therapy and it went well The first few sessions and then life happened. I had a no show and today I was charged 150$. I’m not quite sure how I missed that. I think 150$ for a no show fee is actually insane and can see how it could trigger someone who’s been diagnosed with a mental illness. For that reason I will never come back here. I can’t afford to have an emergency and accidentally miss a session costing me $150. I live check to check. If you choose this place be mindful one no show WILL cost you!
We were referred to Artesian Collaboartive becuase we were looking for a local organization to do Somatic Yoga with our employees. We are so glad we foudn AC! They have been so wonderful to work with as talked through our needs and what they could provide with our (limited) budget. We were able to schedule two somatic yoga sessions, one for our fall semester and one for the spring. The fall semester went WONDERFULLY! The participants had a great experience, the instuctor was very mindful and inclusive with their practice. We are looking forward to a long-standing relationship with Artesian!
Sunitha and her team are very professional and responsive. Sunitha gave valuable mental health education to our team during mental health awareness month, she responded within a very short notice and provided detailed and insightful information on mental health. Everyone felt empowered. Sunitha is very passionate about mental health and wellness. Thank you Sunitha.
Dr. Sunitha Chandy and her team presented a virtual session for our staff. The presentation, titled "Fake it Until You Make It," was extremely informative, thoughtful, and engaging. Our office has hosted similar events for staff, and I've never seen such a high level of engagement from participants. Dr. Chandy has a way of connecting with warmth and empathy when she speaks, even through a screen.
I have taken a few workshops with this company and cannot recommend them enough. They are accommodating, warm, and incredibly educated. I have also worked with Sunitha and her team to have her speak at our corporate event. They were so easy to work with! I felt stressed about the event since it had over 100 people but the moment I contacted their team, I felt way more peace. They handled everything I needed and took changes in stride. I highly recommend Artesian Collaborative for all the services they offer.
We had such an excellent time with Sunitha during our retreat. The team was super informative and accommodating of our schedules. Would absolutely recommend working with them!
Artesian Collaborative holds very effective workshops. I attended their stress management workshop lead by the very articulate Sithara. She provided a lot of helpful methods to help cope with and manage your stress. Very professional, highly recommended!
Artisan Collaborative's holiday stress management workshop was so helpful and informative! Ayna Virk's explanations of mindfulness and coping with stress provided a deeper and more practical understanding of otherwise familiar topics.
