The Directions Was Easy & Simple ! But When We Were On The Third Floor NO Signs On Where To Go. I THOUGHT I WAS BEING SCAMMED, But Wasn’t. You Have To Call Upon Arrival & A Rep Walks You Through The Whole Time. It Was A Small Office Suit. They Open It Themselves But It Stay Unlocked Inside. You’re Talking To A Remote Rep & They Help You Set It Up. This Was THE BEST 1 Hr Couples Massage. So Calm, Ocean Noise, Sanitize wipes To Clean Your Area. I Recommend Solo Or Plus 1.

The massage was soo relaxing that my husband and I both went to sleep. The private room gave it an intimate feel.

Was down in Jacksonville for a vacation and wanted to try some massage therapy. Needless to say I went with Zero Gravity. Best decision ever. The place was very clean and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and when I come back I will definitely be going back to get another massage

I wonder if people who are leaving these 5-star reviews have ever had a real massage. I'm pretty sure I've already left a negative review, so I suspect the owner of this company is having them removed, but I could be remembering wrong. We'll see if this review stays. You're better off spending your money getting a pedicure and using the massage chair at the pedicure station, and it'll cost less. These chairs are nothing like a real massage. My back was really bothering me and I couldn't get a same day massage apppointment so I tried out this massage chair thing. It was not good. The chair provides a worse massage than the typical massage chair at a nail salon for pedicures. Waste of money.

It was an amazing experience. I literally thought it would be just ok. However, it turned out to be remarkable. This will be far the way to go with massages. I love the atmosphere and the peace, not to mention the massage hit all the right places of the body, trigger points, my lumbar region and shoulders.

We had a little trouble with one of the chairs, but had a great massage. The staff we spoke with were very helpful and friendly. It was a unique experience and very relaxing. Would definitely do it again!

A really fun date night idea. The location is a little unusual, but the building is beautiful. It's a shared space office with every kind of business you can imagine there. Every time we've been there are people in the offices working or getting their hair done or a tattoo or doing taxes. So when you are ready you call the main office to speak with a live operator to have them let you in the room. Inside are two huge massage chairs, blueish mood lighting and the sounds of the ocean playing. There are Clorox-type wipes available to wipe down the chairs before and/or after your session. The operator will give you a few instructions on how to get started and then you hang up and enjoy the hour of the most amazing computerized chair massage I've ever had. At some points it almost feels like hands are actually massaging your feet! It is very relaxing. We felt completely safe being there together. I now might try to go alone, but at first I suggest taking a partner for the experience. The chair moves and stretches you as well as massaging your body. It really has helped me have an overall sense of relaxation and helped loosen my back and hips. It is worth a try! It won't be the worst thing you've spent money on!
