Every member of the Serenity care team from the office receptionist and the scheduler, to the nurse and the psychiatrist have been friendly, accommodating, competent and compassionate during my four visits for severe depression, anxiety and ADHD. I have received treatment and medication management for these conditions by several other providers over the past 10 years, and I would recommend Dr Tyson and the Serenity team above all others to friends and family without reservation.

Everyone I met was friendly and personable. I was at my lowest when I went in and their kindness help lift my spirits. Dr. Tyson was extremely attentive and allowed me to express myself. He never rushed me and asked deeper questions to help me analyze and process my feelings. It was a wonderful experience.

Unbelievably unethical. So called emergency psychiatric services and then they lie to you about their appointment times. Trying to pedal ketamine as a solution to people who are really struggling. Disgusting ethics from Serenity

Professional. Everyone one I encountered was competent and professional. The appointment wasn't hurried, it was interactive, a goal was discussed, and it was thorough. That doesn't happen often. A very satisfying experience.

One hour before appt they called and canceled due to a mistake on intakes part. My sister was very open about what was going on and all the gentleman could say was office staff should have told her the office policies before scheduling the appointment. Yes, they absolutely should have told us the policies so we could have reached out to another provider. I get everyone makes mistakes but this is such an inconvenience especially when it is a mental health matter. Do better.

I had an amazing experience with the providers and techs, shout out to Bella who helped me to reach emotional and physical goals that I never thought I could. I highly recommend Serenity for anyone who has reached a plateau in their treatment, and/or wants to get off of medication completely.

This place has literally been life saving! The entire staff has been so kind and supportive. Jah has been an absolutely amazing TMS tech and I am so thankful for her. Dr. Tyson has been great and I love that he hasn’t tried to push more medication on me. Instead, he takes the time to listen and find a solution instead of just putting a bandaid on it. I was at one of the lowest points of my life when I first went in and now I feel like a brand new person.

As a mental health provider, I went here seeking some assistance for myself. From the very first phone call, they started recommending two particular treatments--without knowing a single symptom that I had. Once they recommended these services, I explained that I didn't need them, and why I didn't need them. They also told me that my insurance was in network. I know enough about insurance to know that it is my responsibility to confirm that information--which I didn't--so that is on me. I ended up with a $340 bill--and the doctor charged me for an office visit AND therapy, which he did not provide. At the appointment, I was pushed to accept those same two services with the intake person, and the doctor. (Ketamine and TMS). Services that are not appropriate for me. I explained to the doctor that I would not take any medications that came with a particular side effect. He prescribed me a medication, with that side effect as the first one listed, stating that once I failed that medication for not taking it due to the side effect, my insurance would cover the two services that I didn't want or need. I cancelled my follow up appointment, and I have been called by Serenity exactly 16 times in the last month to get rescheduled. Every message has been the same. This experience gives me new insight into people dealing with mental health issues. This place is vile, and I do not recommend them at all.

Dr. Dekeyser is, by far, the most superior mental health provider that I have ever had an experience with. She is warm, open, easy to talk with, and truly cares about my feelings, my thoughts, and my progress. I am beyond thankful that I found her after years of suffering. It is amazing to finally have hope!
