Working with Lexie has truly transformed my life. She is one of the most authentic, caring, and honest therapists I have ever encountered, and from the very beginning she created a space where I felt deeply seen, safe, and understood. When I started therapy with Lexie, I was navigating life with two toddlers while also in the first five years of building and running a business—an incredibly overwhelming season. I came in carrying so much self-doubt, guilt, and pressure, believing that many parts of who I was were “negative” or flaws I needed to fix. Through Lexie’s insight, compassion, and unwavering honesty, she helped me uncover that those very parts were actually my superpowers. Lexie has a rare ability to gently challenge you while holding you with so much care. She helped me honor who I am, trust myself, and move through both motherhood and entrepreneurship with more confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. Because of her, I understand myself on a deeper level and show up in my life with more alignment and courage. I am endlessly grateful for Lexie and the work we’ve done together. Her presence, authenticity, and wisdom have made a lasting impact on my life, and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone seeking meaningful, life-changing therapy.
Her Hope is an AMAZING group of humans truly dedicated to helping people in a huge way. I started therapy about 4 months ago and my therapist Lexie has truly changed my life. She’s helped me so much as a newly postpartum woman, who’s experienced birth trauma. I don’t know what I’d do without her! My husband also goes here and loves his therapist too. They are wonderful!
Her Hope Behavioral Health is a premier resource for women's mental health, trauma healing, and parental support. The clinicians are specifically trained in perinatal and postpartum care, working with you through the hormone shifts, fears and anxieties, grief, and loss. You've got this! And they've got you!
Her Hope and Lexie have truly transformed my life. I have been seeing Lexie consistently for about 8 - 9 months now after experiencing a trauma, and she has been so amazing for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and have recommended here to all of my family and friends. She is patient, kind, understanding, and extremely insightful. She listens, provides useful strategies, and is able to help me with all of the stressors and anxieties I struggle with. She is the best therapist and I truly could not imagine a world where she did not provide therapy services!
I have seen a lot of therapist in my life and they have been good but the car I have received at Her Hope has been truly life changing! In just a few short months I feel like my brain has been rewired and I see things through a totally different lenses. I see Lexie and she is amazing at her job as a clinician but the difference is how much I feel seen and heard by her. The tools she gives me are helpful and impactful but it is the fact that I feel truly empowered to use them that has changed everything!
Her Hope Behavioral Health has helped me immensely over the years. Lexi has been a God send. She has helped me get through the darkest times I've had to face so far, and I'll be forever grateful for her caring and kind approach to therapy. Could not recommend this practice enough.
Her Hope Behavioral Health PLLC in my experience is a trusted provider. I have referred individuals to the practice and will continue to do so. There is a great need for this specialized therapy. In addition to Perinatal Mental Health, it is my understanding that EMDR is also provided, along with therapist able to provide services in Spanish.
Please don't use this company. These are my version of the facts.. I was a client, and I went out of town. I was on vacation, logged in and was told she couldn't provide service in the state, I was never told it would be a no show or I would be charged a fee. They proceeded to charge me a no show few. I contacted the owner, she refused to refund the fee. After, I left this google review she sends me a cease and desist threatening if I didn't take down the review she would sue me. Then stated she could have made an exception, she refused when I asked but after the review she wanted to compromise. In my opinion, if you want good quality help don't use this company
I greatly appreciate the professionalism and emotional support provided by Her Hope. Maternal mental health support in the Black community is not easy to find. Her Hope hears and meets the needs of the women they serve. Thank you.
