You get what you put into this program. Dr Um was my favorite. Thank you. Meds perfectly adjusted. Spent 2 weeks inpatient monitoring lithium and depakote levels.

My psychiatrist in January of 2019 was very helpful. However, he failed to recognize a domestic abuse scenario. I could have gotten hurt.

Just like the other review states. They promise one thing and do another. My son was having adverse reactions to his medication and apparently dr Diaz didn’t understand what I was telling him. All he did was kept increasing his dose. Because of the issues my son was having they were suppose to do FMLA paperwork and dr Diaz filled out one part of the paperwork and “didn’t feel comfortable” filling out the rest?!?!? I’m confused by this guy. The practice is ok. Just NEVER go see dr diaz. He is a new doctor on top of the other issues and very very inexperienced. He’s unprofessional and does not support his patients or the parents. He’s useless.

so i scheduled an appointment with these people to get a neuropsychological evaluation on my son. Mind you there are no in network providers on my insurance plan. I called and explained my situation, that i would need a letter written and sent to my insurance company so they would make a PTO exception and cover the testing. I was told yes they can do that but I would have to pay outta pocket for the initial visit. No problem. We went and I spoke to the Dr. told her what needed to be done and left my sons records for her to review. About a week later someone called to schedule the appointment and when I asked if they cleared it with my insurance company she had no clue what I was talking about.. She had her boss get on the phone and I explained everything again and he said he would call me back. He called me the same day saying he found out I was givin alot of misinformation and that they dont write letters to get PTO exceptions but because I was mislead they would make an exception and work with my insurance to get us seen. He said if we cannot make it happen or it doesnt work out I would get a full refund of my initial visit and a list of providers who may be able to do my sons testing at a reduced rate. Well they got the exception and informed me my co pay would be about $1000.. I said I cannot do that. I mean honestly who can?? I was then told my refund would take a couple weeks to get back to me and my records would be mailed. This was mid March, the initial visit was in February. I just got a call from the supervisors boss saying they are not refunding me. That they did what they said they would do, not acknowledging at all that the only reason they said they would try to get the exception is because I was given the wrong information. And now she is telling me I was given wrong information again because he wasnt in a position to offer me my money back. I have to say up until just now I have been understanding and agreeable with how long this refund was gonna take, but my politeness has left my body at this point because not one but twice I was l misled and to top it off this woman who claimed to be the boss kept cutting me off and talking over me when I was speaking. I told her more than once that the man who called me knew i was misled but she had no knowledge or notes about that. How convenient. These people are liars and as far as Im concerned thieves. There is a serious lack of training with their office staff for them to be an efficient medical practice
