Please seek out Dr. Dallas Webb for assistance with weight management
I really felt that Rita carefully listened to my story and made me feel more human, and not like a robot or just another peg on her daily schedule. The interaction was genuine and her observations were astute. She truly from the first visit seemed like a partner that was there to help me solve my problems.
The grounds make a beautiful setting for entering and leaving
My therapist is wonderful, but I dont like that I am not able to stay on a maintenance basis because Baptist thinks I am better. Very sad!
I had an appointment at 9am and ended up waiting on the virtual meeting for 4 hours, only text/email i got was at 915am saying the provider is running late and will be on shortly. I got rescheduled for the 14 now.
I love Amelia Brown - she is compassionate, listens well and empowering to me as a client. She researches to find what treatment works well with my body and works with me at a pace I am comfortable with. These are important qualities for a Psych NP and much needed for those of us who might be apprehensive with medication.
I learn something new at every visit. Dr. Taylor is thorough, competent and pleasant. He explains treatment plans and or recommendations specific to my visit at the time. It’s a privilege to be under his care.
Provider Amelia Brown, has been very helpful. I'm a complex patient... she has always listened genuinely, thoughtfully considers all treatment options, and treats me with respect/partner in my plan of care. I've never had any issues with medication refills from the provider and she advocates for me with insurance for the hoops they require us to jump through. Evette & Mike part of the Spravato clinic have always gone above & beyond, the patients & clinic are fortunate to have them as an advocate. Staff at front desk is always pleasant and helpful.
Ms. Brown thoroughly messed my refills. She sorted me not once, but twice, on one med and sent the second refill to the wrong pharmacy. She shorted me on a second med that you have to wait until you have 5 days left before you can refill it. I did get it refilled but I was totally at the mercy of staff and Ms. Brown. Speaking of staff on what would be my last visit to this provider, a young woman kept shoving a tablet at me while I was trying to put my card back in my wallet and my wallet back in my pocket. I told her it would be 'a moment' (their favorite saying when putting you on hold) and she drew the tablet back slightly for a few seconds and then shoved it back at me. After filling it out and returning the tablet, I asked if I'd have to do the tablet every time now, she said, "No, well yes, but just the...blah, blah blah". She lied and then reported me to Ms. Brown when I reacted negatively. I was faced down my Ms. Brown and an RN in a business suit, who were ready to dress me down like a six-year old. I left and found another provider.
Dr. Dallas made me feel so incredibly comfortable & I loved talking with him. It didn't even feel like an evaluation, more like a conversation. If he ever gets into general care, I'd be first on the waiting list to be his patient. This is huge because I hate meeting new people.
