Julie has helped me tremendously, never knew I had ADHD before beginning therapy and it has changed my life for the better. She has taught me to tools I need to better manage my thoughts / emotions and I’m so grateful. Could not recommend her enough!

I could not highly recommend a counsellor as much as Julie. I have been seeing her for nearly a year now and she has helped me overcome so much. During my recent session, Julie supported me with reflecting on my recent achievements and it was such an enlightening experience to realise how far I've came. From personal struggles, career, social - she has helped me understand how my ADHD intertwines with it all and we have had a lot of 'lightbulb' moments to help me connect the dots, most significantly with guiding me to ask for reasonable adjustments, which were accepted by my job. My confidence has improved so much with setting boundaries and being compassionate with myself. Julie is incredibly understanding, kind and down to earth, and I honestly look forward to each session. Each session feels like a big hug. If you are looking for an ADHD/Autism/Neurodivergent counsellor, I strongly recommend Julie.
