Highly recommend. Warm, responsive, kind and non judgemental. Helped me through a very difficult period. I'm neurodivergent and she has experience and understanding of working with ND clients. She helped me through CBT but also practically, such as breathing and dealing with crisis anxiety. Her room is cosy and warm with good parking nearby.
When I first started working with Lindsey, I was not in a good place mentally. But by working with her in a safe environment and using the tools she introduced me to has radically changed my outlook. I feel much more confident and aware of my triggers, as well as having much better tools to help me manage them than before. I highly recommend Lindsey's services if you are looking for support to make a difference to your own mental health.
Best decision I ever made to work with Lindsay. I felt comfortable and at ease when speaking with her, and every session, even the tough ones always felt so worth it afterwords.
Lindsay helped me worked through some deep routed issues. She opened up about her past on a professional level which made me feel understood and able to connect and relate to her. This is an important aspect of therapy for me as it humanises the process. I went from being in tears when talking about my past to being able to comfortably talk about it. I would encourage anybody to work with Lindsay. You won’t be disappointed she is a lovely human being.
Lindsay's sessions helped me a great deal. I was surprised to find the session had such a positive impact on me right from the beginning. Following Lindsay's advice (which feels more like a conversation), I got to understand the reasons behind & cause of the behaviour I had found myself 'trapped' in. Our sessions were not only hugely helpful but also enjoyable & very interesting. I would highly recommend Lindsay's sessions.
For years I have thought I was the problem. It was my fault and I was never going to be good enough. Working with Lynsey has helped me see where these thoughts developed and potentially why. She has helped me understand why I have responded in ways to protect myself, but most importantly she has helped me see that I can be my true self and to value that. The way Lynsey works is phenomenal- the care and compassion she shows validates your feelings so you can safely explore them. This was a very positive counselling experience by a highly skilled therapist and would recommend to anyone who feels the time is right. I feel so much lighter now I’m not carrying the load of blame that wasn’t mine. Thank you
Supportive, Honest, and Empowering I have found my sessions with Lindsay to be incredibly helpful—a true game changer for my life. She has helped me improve my self-worth, become more decisive, and develop a deeper understanding of how and why things are the way they are. More than anything, I feel so much more like myself since starting these sessions with Lindsay, which is a testament to her dedication and honesty. She has been wonderful in every session: calm and thoughtful, while also knowing exactly when to challenge my unhelpful thoughts and opinions. Thank you Lindsay
