Following a back injury I have had 4 sessions of sports massage with Jordan. Not only has it been of enormous help to my recovery, but his knowledge has given me an opportunity to become more aware of things that I can do to protect my back in future. I have always been quite fit and well, so this injury was quite a shock, and made me realise that I am not invincible. Jordan has provided reassurance via understanding and I am incredibly grateful for his skills, professionalism, and the calm that he brings to the sessions. I will continue to have a sports massage with him periodically as a precautionary measure, and can't recommend him enough!
