Don’t even bother going worse massage ever. I go massage at least twice a week thought I’d give these a try. Worse massage. Digging in my bones and not muscle is such a mature thing.
Love this place. Very good massage. Owner is a nice lady. The girls are great, so friendly. Good for parking.
Great service. Lovely girls, all friendly. Safe parking directly outside. Good Central location. Open all day.
It was the first time I'd been, I got a friendly reception by my masseuse. They had good Covid measures in place. I had a 90 minute deep tissue as I had been travelling the previous day and my back and leg muscles were quite tense. My last massage was weeks earlier so I really felt the benefit afterward that day and slept very well that night. The technique was very good, we could chat easily throughout and she was very good at identifying and treating areas that needed extra attention. I could use a shower in the treatment room before and afterwards. Would definitely revisit next time I'm in Sheffield or recommend them to friends in the area.
Booked in for my roots, after 16 weeks of lock down they needed some serious attention. Staff here are excellent and all health checks done before before treatment commenced and the final look was amazing 😉 thank you very much, just what I needed.
Had temperature taken and asked to sanitise hand before treatment began so all good. Fantastic massage removed all the knots in my back, left a very happy person.
Staff and owners lack general customer service skills, general knowledge of the service they are offering, general professionalism and they take every chance to extort their customers. There are far more better Thai massage and salon places in Sheffield. Anywhere but here I would recommend.
I came in to this salon as myself has had previous bad experiences with other salons. I thought I would try an asian hair salon as I expected them to understand the difficulty of dealing with asian hair as we are all aware asian hair is difficult altogether. I came in at 12.30pm. I actually came earlier at 10.30 where it says on the front they should have been opened at those hours but the front doors were locked. I rang their number and asked if they were open to where the lady responded to say they are open but are busy at the moment so I should come back later - so I did. As I walked in, I asked to enquire about how much it would be to cut and dye my hair. The lady gave me a price - £95 “but £85 because you’re new”. On the poster outside it says, long hair to dye is £70, hair cut is £18 and as a new customer you are eligible to a 15% discount. If you add up the prices with the discount to what she gave me, it’s already misleading but I didn’t question this as I just wanted my hair done. I told her what colour I wanted and asked if she was going to do this today where she replied “yes I can do all today”. I also informed her I didn’t want my roots doing as I didn’t want a full head of blonde hair where she said she understood. I had no issues with her cutting my hair as she did a decent job so I thought we were off to a good start. She then began to bleach my hair. As she bleached my hair she ragged my hair section to section and applied the product to each section with her hands? She then washed my hair and surprise surprise she bleached all my roots. So she already ignored my instructions. Not only that, my roots were 10x lighter than the rest of my hair as anyone who’s had their hair dyed before would know you do the roots last (if you wanted the roots done which I didn’t but obviously she doesn’t care). She realised she didn’t leave the bleach on long enough and attempted to bleach my hair again. I had no issues with this until she tried not only to bleach the ends but also the roots regardless of the difference from top to bottom. As soon as she re-applied the bleach to my roots, my scalp started burning. I tried to be patient and let it go but I was in so much pain so I asked her to remove it. I recommended, because I wanted my hair done properly for me to come back another day so she can fix it and she agreed where she then said, “I won’t charge you anymore tomorrow, only the hair dye which is £40”. £40 on top of the £85 today? I wish it was a joke but she was hella serious. She applied a colour on my hair just so it’s not as awful yellow and ginger. Throughout the experience until she finished straightening my hair, I was in pain, not only from my scalp burning but also from her digging her fake nails into my head and ragging my hair. I got up to pay and I was so UPSET when she said “£85 please”. £85?! My hair has 3 different colours, I have a burning scalp and £85?! This is when I finally said something. I was calm and explained to her how the experience was for me and she pointed her fingers at me. She explained that ‘I’ wanted it all done today - I didn’t want it all done today, she suggested and any PROFESSIONAL hairdresser would know you cannot bleach hair more than once in a day but she was reluctant it was my fault? She then went on and explained that asian hair is hard to do so, in her words, “you need to be able to take it, not scream or cry when it hurts”?! Correct me if I’m wrong but when is it OKAY for any customer to be in agony whilst in a salon?! She claims she’s the best in Sheffield and nobody else can do what she does. HMU FOR SALONS THAT ISN’T SELF-PROCLAIMED PLEASE. I gave her £40 as I didn’t want to argue and she expects the remaining tomorrow. With my experience, I should not have had to pay at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Definitely avoid if you care about your health at all. I should have known as I was sat there from 12.30pm - 6.30pm and not one person came in for hair that it was already sketchy. Well my mistake.
