Team there are absolutely brilliant can’t fault them. From sheer my nurse and the admin team. A lady from the admin team even spoke to a pharmacist over the phone to sort out a prescription issue for me. 5 starts excellent service.
They call it "shared care" but clearly nobody at Berkshire Healthcare has any idea of the meaning of 'care' . For a bunch of so called medical professionals, they certainly have no understanding of neurodivergence or the mental health threats caused by a complete lack of understanding or empathy.
I personally felt so much better after treatment and found the staff friendly and sympathetic
Very good at what they do.
Long waiting time.
