Nearly 8 1/2 years without a drink thank you turning point life savers
Wanted to thank the whole team for my dove deodorant shower gel much appreciated and wish I u all a good Christmas πππ
I donβt understand these negative reviews. My experience of turning point has been nothing of the sort. Iβm on the cusp of going to detox , then rehab and all of this was sorted in what I consider exceptional time. I love the set up they have there. Drop ins on script days as oppose to appointment (Great idea). To the groups, Monday and Saturday I can vouch for. And all the staff that work there. Thank you TP you have saved my life. But what I think factors in the negative reviews is you have to bring yourself too. No one can do this for you. And if you do that with respect and realistic expectations. Iβm sure your have a good experience too.
Turning point πβ¬οΈ is a godsend the work the staff do needs more recognition .They are so attentive and caring .jojo and Jane have been so so amazing aswell as the other staff but I've been working close with jojo and Jane for many years and built up lovely relationships and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me xxxx
Very good to have a drugs service in Oxford as so many places are now not available for detox in Oxford as Howard House has been closed down now and you have to go out of Oxfordshire to get a detox now so to have turning point still up and running is a life line for so many people who have drugs problems and need help if we lose this in Oxford we will not have anything for people who have problems with drugs and drink so yes it is a very good service
Good service and quick scripts but I have turned up in some states clearly in bad withdrawals and left with 20ml methadone and suffered a lot and end up having to use again . I feel like they should give appropriate amount sooner . But they have catered for me to travel by sorting out a take away bottle of methadone so that was good !!!
A complete disfuctionarry family without no support as such. I have been really suicidal twice or more which were never mentioned in their heads but I was screaming aloud infernally to speak to someone which a basic graspe o the context of cuicide . and not a path and joke debate. All is forgiven NHS as there was an abundance of skilled mentors etc. . I am in a dark low spot still and have discussed zero meaningful
Four stars for Debbie and jane cos they are helpful and genuine but miss them when they don't have an appointment 5 stars other wise
I thought I just got lucky that my key worker was on a level and always chatted to me with respected! I've chatted to other clients in the months I've been going Rectory Rd and a all the staff are the same to everyone, even the client who are shouting and moaning. Recommended to anyone who needs help and wants to turn there life's around. Keep up the good work peeps
Excellent service with many opportunities if you are willing to work towards it. I am in desperate need of help at the moment and know where I am heading...turning point saves lives. Our lives are worth fighting for, we can not do it alone. We all need a turning point in our lives. Let us take the help and support available. Let us be brave and together we can beat this!
