Privately diagnosed my child ASD and adhd the communication was brilliant and waiting time was only 5 months from assessment to diagnosis. We are now on shared care which is working really well and we have regular reviews every 6 months.
They have chased my previous private healthcare provider multiple times for a payment I have already made to them over the phone. Very unprofessional and - quite frankly - predatory against vulnerable people. Edit: Still ongoing, has been over two years now they are chasing for a payment already made. Bank can see it, I can see it. They have since been in contact two years later saying I owe them more money now. It is *very* worrying that this business works within the mental health sector. Avoid at all (and extra!) costs.
